NFL Week 17 Fantasy Football Rankings

To differentiate between all the "Start 'Ems" on my Fantasy Football Start Em, Sit Em page, you can check out the Weekly Fantasy Football Rankings, so you can figure out whom to start between Player X and Player Y.

Below are my fantasy RB rankings and a set of links for my positional Weekly NFL Fantasy Football Rankings. Keep in mind that this list is for this week only; not the entire rest of the season. If you don't like my rankings, check out Chet's fantasy football rankings.

The rankings are based on a PPR scoring system. Each player has Walterfootball.com's projected stats and standard scoring points.

But who do I start...

Updated - Follow @walterfootball for updates.
  1. Alvin Kamara, RB, Saints (at Buccaneers)- 23 Points
60 Rushing Yards, 5 Catches, 60 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
The Buccaneers won't have any answers for Alvin Kamara.

  2. LeSean McCoy, RB, Bills (at Dolphins)- 22 Points
90 Rushing Yards, 4 Catches, 30 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
The Dolphins just had problems with Kareem Hunt, so that bodes well for LeSean McCoy.

  3. Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Cowboys (at Eagles)- 22 Points
110 Rushing Yards, 3 Catches, 20 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
Ezekiel Elliott might be going against Philadelphia's backup defense.

  4. Devonta Freeman, RB, Falcons (vs. Panthers)- 20 Points
60 Rushing Yards, 4 Catches, 40 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
Devonta Freeman doesn't have the best matchup, but he'll be in position to score.

  5. Mark Ingram, RB, Saints (at Buccaneers)- 17 Points
40 Rushing Yards, 4 Catches, 30 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
Tampa's run defense isn't bad, but Mark Ingram will be in position to score.

  6. Derrick Henry, RB, Titans (vs. Jaguars)- 17 Points
80 Rushing Yards, 2 Catches, 10 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
Derrick Henry will see the entire workload this week with DeMarco Murray out.

  7. Melvin Gordon, RB, Chargers (vs. Raiders)- 16 Points
50 Rushing Yards, 3 Catches, 20 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
Melvin Gordon is expected to play.

  8. Kenyan Drake, RB, Dolphins (vs. Bills)- 16 Points
90 Rushing Yards, 4 Catches, 30 Receiving Yards.
Buffalo's run defense has been very poor since the Marcell Dareus trade.

  9. Christian McCaffrey, RB, Panthers (at Falcons)- 16 Points
40 Rushing Yards, 3 Catches, 30 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
Christian McCaffrey has been given more carries than Jonathan Stewart each of the past two weeks.

  10. Dion Lewis, RB, Patriots (vs. Jets)- 15 Points
90 Rushing Yards, 3 Catches, 30 Receiving Yards.
Dion Lewis is the leader of a suddenly not-so-crowded backfield with Rex Burkhead hurt.

  11. Latavius Murray, RB, Vikings (vs. Bears)- 15 Points
40 Rushing Yards, 3 Catches, 20 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
The Beas have limited four of their previous six opponents to 92 rushing yards or fewer, but Latavius Murray could always score.

  12. Carlos Hyde, RB, 49ers (at Rams)- 14 Points
70 Rushing Yards, 4 Catches, 30 Receiving Yards.
The Rams may opt to sit some starters, making Carlos Hyde's matchup easier.

  13. Bilal Powell, RB, Jets (at Patriots)- 13 Points
80 Rushing Yards, 3 Catches, 20 Receiving Yards.
The Patriots can't stop the run, so Bilal Powell is appealing, albeit risky, this week.

  14. Theo Riddick, RB, Lions (vs. Packers)- 13 Points
20 Rushing Yards, 6 Catches, 50 Receiving Yards.
Theo Riddick has taken over for the benched and injured Ameer Abdullah.

  15. Giovani Bernard, RB, Bengals (at Ravens)- 12 Points
50 Rushing Yards, 4 Catches, 30 Receiving Yards.
Giovani Bernard can be started if Joe Mixon is out again.

  16. Jamaal Williams, RB, Packers (at Lions)- 12 Points
70 Rushing Yards, 3 Catches, 20 Receiving Yards.
Jamaal Williams should have a solid game, mirroring with Giovani Bernard did last week.

  17. Marshawn Lynch, RB, Raiders (at Chargers)- 12 Points
60 Rushing Yards, 3 Catches, 30 Receiving Yards.
The Chargers are worse against the run without Denzel Perryman.

  18. Jerick McKinnon, RB, Vikings (vs. Bears)- 12 Points
30 Rushing Yards, 5 Catches, 40 Receiving Yards.

  19. Matt Breida, RB, 49ers (at Rams)- 11 Points
30 Rushing Yards, 4 Catches, 40 Receiving Yards.

  20. C.J. Anderson, RB, Broncos (vs. Chiefs)- 11 Points
80 Rushing Yards, 2 Catches, 10 Receiving Yards.
Kansas City might be sitting starters, meaning C.J. Anderson's outlook is bright.

  21. Isaiah Crowell, RB, Browns (at Steelers)- 11 Points
90 Rushing Yards, 1 Catch, 10 Receiving Yards.
The Steelers have been much worse against the run without Ryan Shazier.

  22. Duke Johnson, RB, Browns (at Steelers)- 11 Points
10 Rushing Yards, 5 Catches, 50 Receiving Yards.
Duke Johnson can be used in PPR leagues, but that's it.

  23. Charcandrick West, RB, Chiefs (at Broncos)- 11 Points
60 Rushing Yards, 3 Catches, 20 Receiving Yards.

  24. Jordan Howard, RB, Bears (at Vikings)- 10 Points
60 Rushing Yards, 2 Catches, 20 Receiving Yards.
The Vikings have a tough run defense, so Jordan Howard isn't a great play this week.

  25. Joe Mixon, RB, Bengals (at Ravens)- 10 Points
70 Rushing Yards, 2 Catches, 10 Receiving Yards.
Joe Mixon is expected to play.

  26. Austin Ekeler, RB, Chargers (vs. Raiders)- 10 Points
30 Rushing Yards, 4 Catches, 30 Receiving Yards.

  27. James White, RB, Patriots (vs. Jets)- 10 Points
    5 Catches, 50 Receiving Yards.

  28. Alex Collins, RB, Ravens (vs. Bengals)- 10 Points
70 Rushing Yards, 2 Catches, 10 Receiving Yards.
Alex Collins' matchup will depend on Vontaze Burfict's status.

  29. Tarik Cohen, RB, Bears (at Vikings)- 9 Points
10 Rushing Yards, 4 Catches, 40 Receiving Yards.

  30. Frank Gore, RB, Colts (vs. Texans)- 9 Points
60 Rushing Yards, 2 Catches, 10 Receiving Yards.
Houston's run defense isn't too bad, but the defense may not be there.

  31. Corey Clement, RB, Eagles (vs. Cowboys)- 9 Points
60 Rushing Yards, 2 Catches, 10 Receiving Yards.

  32. Tevin Coleman, RB, Falcons (vs. Panthers)- 9 Points

60 Rushing Yards, 2 Catches, 10 Receiving Yards.
    Le'Veon Bell is out.

  36. Lamar Miller, RB, Texans (at Colts)- 9 Points
60 Rushing Yards, 2 Catches, 10 Receiving Yards.
The Colts have a solid run defense, thanks to Johnathan Hankins.

  37. Devontae Booker, RB, Broncos (vs. Chiefs)- 8 Points
40 Rushing Yards, 2 Catches, 20 Receiving Yards.

  38. Wayne Gallman, RB, Giants (vs. Redskins)- 8 Points
