Round 1

Picks 1-16
1. Cardinals: Ed Oliver, Defensive Tackle, Houston

A really bad D-Line and possibly one of the better players coming out of a deep D-Line draft class, would help out since they missed big time on their last D-Line selection in the first round with Robert Nkemdiche, who is not good.

2. Texans: Dalton Risner, Offensive Tackle, Kansas State

Have a big need for some O-Line help, and after trading Duane Brown and starting out 1-3 they should be scouting the hell out of all these lineman to select a guy like Risner in the first round. Could also see Greg Little here but think Risner is a better fit.

3. Raiders: Nick Bosa, Defensive End, Ohio State

After trading Khalil Mack and Bosa's injury, could allow Bosa to fall to pick 3, and also replace a big need on the Raiders defense which is pass rusher. Hopefully with as much if not more upside that his brother Joey Bosa has, could be a great selection.

4. Colts: Derrick Brown, Defensive Tackle, Auburn

The Colts have been trying their hardest making a better defense, and adding Darius Leonard helped out a lot but they still need help on the line and Brown would allow them to progress into the next step of being a better defense.

5. Seahawks: Deionte Thompson, Safety, Alabama

After the surprising retirement of Kam Chancellor and the likely deal of Earl Thomas by the beginning of the offseason, the Seahawks will need a new safety to center their team around again and Thompson can be that player in Seattle.

6. 49ers: Jeffery Simmons, Defensive Tackle, Mississippi State

A great DT who could make an ok defense into an even better unit and make the 49ers into a competing team next year with a healthy Jimmy G, and I think another weapon could be the play her but with a deep D-Line class it would be awful to let him pass.

7. Bills: Greg Little, Offensive Tackle, Ole Miss

Trading Cordy Glenn could prove to be great since they used the Bengals pick to move up and grab Josh Allen, who could be their next big QB, but they also need to replace him, and I personally see Dawkins as a OG and Little could come in and take over at LT and make the Bills a better team and won't have Allen running as much as he does now.

8. Lions: Rashan Gary, Defensive Tackle, Michigan

Patricia is making the Lions defense a lot better and adding Gary to an already decent defense could make the Lions a hard team to beat, could see some other defensive players taken here instead of Gary.

9. Jets: Dexter Lawrence, Defensive Tackle, Clemson

Dexter Lawrence could make the Jets defense a lot better since they have Steve McClendon at NT now and adding a guy who in any other draft go in the top 5, could bring them to the next level. Could see LB or OL

10. Cowboys: A.J. Brown, Wide Receiver, Ole Miss

Well the Cowboys would be a lot better with a young WR to add to Dak and Zeke and adding a new Dez would make the Cowboys a lot better and could even bring them back into the playoff question. Could see defense here as well.

11. Chargers: Justin Herbert, Quarterback, Oregon

Rivers is near the end of his career and they will be looking for a QB this offseason, and having a pick this high and seeing DT's coming off the board left and right it could be easy for the Chargers to land a QB .

12. Patriots: Devin White, Inside Linebacker, LSU

Although a QB is tempting since they are 2-2 and not in first place... they need a MLB who can bring that defense back to Super Bowl contention and Devin White is the best on the board and would be a steal for a team that is in the Super Bowl every year.

13. Giants: Will Grier, Quarterback, West Virginia

Gets over looked in a big D-Line draft class, could be a top 5 pick in any draft and I feel has a high ceiling and could be a steal of a pick at 13. Would make the Giants a lot better and could make them a dangerous team for a long time.

14. Falcons: Clelin Ferrell, Defensive End, Clemson

A great DE and the last one the Falcons took was from Clemson and is Vic Beasley and obviously has had some great seasons and could have some great seasons next to alumni Ferrell across from him on the field.

15. Packers: Dre'Mont Jones, Defensive Tackle, Ohio State

A Great DT who slips because of a great DT class, falls to a team who could use a DT/NT on their team and would be a great improvement. Could also see WR or even RB here this early in the draft with 2, 1st round picks.

16. Vikings: Jalen Jelks, Outside Linebacker, Oregon

So far the defense has not played like they did last year and adding another pass rusher who will mainly play LB will be a great selection and could make the Vikings back into a competing team with in the year.
