  • Running Back

  • Kentucky

  • Rafael Little's Scouting Report
    By Matt McGuire

Strengths: A true dual-threat and has very good hands…A solid outside runner…Has breakaway speed when healthy…Should run a 4.45 at the Combine…Natural runner and possesses good instincts…Has a nose for the end zone…Has good agility and can change directions…A dependable return specialist.

Weaknesses: Durability is the No. 1 issue with Little, who has been injured every year at UK…Never has shown the ability to run between the tackles, but this can be attributed to his small, weak, unathletic offensive line…Needs to bulk up and get stronger...Probably not a franchise back.

Thoughts: I really see Little as having a much better pro than collegiate career because his line at UK is so bad…Has a lot of talent and if he gets some help up front he could have a monstrous senior season…Very underrated player in the SEC…If he gets injured his senior season he could drop to rounds 6 or 7 in the draft, but I see him going in rounds 3 or 4.
