This is like the first game on the slate. Central Florida will be without both of its coordinators and will have to play in cold weather. Duke is the better team anyway, so I like them to cover the -3.

Motivation is the major angle in this game. This is Kansas’ first bowl game since 2008, so they’ll be extremely hyped to play in this game, especially against an SEC opponent. Arkansas, conversely, had higher hopes than being matched up with Kansas. The Jayhawks should win this one.

Line: Oregon by 14.5.

This line may seem high, but I don’t think it’s high enough. Oregon easily could have beaten Oregon State in the finale and would be in a much better bowl as a result.
