  1. Cincinnati Bengals: Troy Dye, LB, Oregon
The Bengals have the worst linebacking corps in the NFL, so they’ll need to make multiple upgrades to that area this offseason.

Troy Dye is a very athletic linebacker with great coverage skills.

  2. Washington Redskins: Tee Higgins, WR, Clemson
The Redskins are looking for another receiver to pair with Terry McLaurin and Steven Sims Jr.

Tee Higgins is a matchup nightmare receiver with his incredible size (6-4, 200), but didn’t run at the combine because he thought he would test poorly.

Pick change; previously Jaylon Johnson, CB

  3. Detroit Lions: James Lynch, DE/DT, Baylor
Detroit could easily spend the No. 3 pick on Derrick Brown. If it goes a different route, someone like James Lynch would be a solid defensive line option on Day 2 of the 2020 NFL Draft.

Pick change; previously Kyle Dugger, S

  4. New York Jets: Gabriel Davis, WR, Central Florida
The Jets could lose Robby Anderson this offseason. Even if they don’t, they’ll still need help at receiver.

Gabriel Davis has great size (6-3, 212) and has generated a buzz among the scouting community.

Pick change; previously Lloyd Cushenberry, C

  5. Carolina Panthers: Kyle Dugger, S, Lenoir-Rhyne
The Panthers improved their pass defense this season, but Tre Boston, one of the team’s starting safeties, will be entering free agency in March. Carolina will need a replacement for him if he departs. Kyle Dugger is big and quick, and he possesses an excellent skill set.

Pick change; previously Ashtyn Davis, S

  6. Detroit Lions: Terrell Lewis, DE/OLB, Alabama
The Lions will be hoping the Redskins trade their pick so they can land Chase Young. If that doesn’t happen, they may use a second-day selection on an edge rusher.

Terrell Lewis was once a staple of my 2019 NFL Mock Draft, but he returned to school after an injury-plagued 2018 campaign.

  7. Los Angeles Chargers: Ben Bredeson, G, Michigan
Philip Rivers struggled at times in 2019, but his horrible offensive line can be blamed for that.

Ben Bredeson has great technique and decent quickness.

  8. Arizona Cardinals: K.J. Hamler, WR, Penn State
Kliff Kingsbury told the media that he’s looking for a speed threat on the outside.

K.J. Hamler is an absolutely electric play-maker who caught 41 passes for Penn State as a freshman. He can go the distance whenever he gets his hands on the ball.

  9. Jacksonville Jaguars: Ashtyn Davis, S, California
Jacksonville’s secondary took a massive hit when the team traded Jalen Ramsey, but it also had issues at safety beforehand, so that position needs to be addressed as well.

Pick change; previously Khaleke Hudson, S

  10. Cleveland Browns: Logan Stenberg, G, Kentucky
The Browns made a huge mistake by trading away Kevin Zeitler. Their offensive line really struggled as a consequence. They’ll need better guard play.

Logan Stenberg looked good in the Senior Bowl to answer some questions about blocking speed rushers.

  11. Indianapolis Colts: Colby Parkinson, TE, Stanford
The Colts need offensive weapons, and that would include a second tight end to replace Eric Ebron.

  12. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jaylon Johnson, CB, Utah
The Buccaneers have endured issues at cornerback for years. Perhaps they’ll finally fix those problems this offseason.

Jaylon Johnson has nice size (6-0, 190) and ball skills. He had a great 2018 campaign.

Pick change; previously Bryce Hall, CB

  13. Denver Broncos: Marlon Davidson, DE/DT, Auburn
Derek Wolfe always seems to get hurt, so the Broncos could take a defensive tackle in Rounds 2-4 of the 2020 NFL Draft.

Pick change; previously Jordan Elliott, DE/DT

  14. Atlanta Falcons: Nick Coe, DE/DT, Auburn
The Falcons missed Adrian Clayborn this past season. Vic Beasley, meanwhile, has regressed. I could see Atlanta doubling up on edge players in the first couple of rounds.

  15. New York Jets: Curtis Weaver, DE/OLB, Boise State
The Jets don’t have much of an edge rush, so they’ll need to find someone who can help them get after the quarterback.

Curtis Weaver had a ridiculous 11 sacks as a freshman. He’ll have to be an edge player in a 3-4 defense. He has skill-set limitations that will keep him limited to Day 2.

  16. Las Vegas Raiders: Levi Onwuzurike, DT, Washington
The Raiders could use another presence on the defensive line to aid a weak pass rush.

  17. Las Vegas Raiders: Kristian Fulton, CB, LSU
The Raiders traded away Gareon Conley, so they’ll be in search for more cornerback help to aid their poor secondary.

  18. Dallas Cowboys: Thaddeus Moss, TE, LSU
The Cowboys signed Jason Witten this past offseason, so they’ll be looking for a long-term solution at tight end.

  19. Denver Broncos: Jeff Gladney, CB, TCU
The Broncos’ corners haven’t been the same since losing Aqib Talib. There’s even talk that Chris Harris Jr. could be traded. Two cornerbacks could be chosen in this draft.

Jeff Gladney has off-the-field issues, but is talented enough to still be a second-round prospect.

Pick change; previously Darnay Holmes, CB

  20. Los Angeles Rams: Matt Peart, OT, Connecticut
The Rams continue to bolster their offensive line, as they have the worst blocking unit in the NFL (excluding the Dolphins.)

  21. Philadelphia Eagles: Lynn Bowden, WR/KR, Kentucky
Considering the durability issues of the Eagles’ top receivers, it shouldn’t surprise anyone if they use multiple selections on the position.

Kentucky was such a mess this year that Lynn Bowden, a dynamic receiver, had to switch to quarterback this past season because of all the injuries at the position.

  22. Buffalo Bills: Zack Moss, RB, Utah
Frank Gore won’t be around much longer, so the Bills will need a viable backup behind Devin Singletary.

Pick change; previously Clyde Edwards-Helaire, RB

  23. New England Patriots: Jake Fromm, QB, Georgia
Jake Fromm was tremendous as a freshman for SEC champion Georgia. He struggled a bit in 2019, but he could still be a first-round pick, though it’s more likely that New England could obtain him in the second or third frame (trading up for the former.) Fromm seems like the sort of quarterback Bill Belichick would love to coach.

Pick change; previously Antonio Gandy-Golden, WR

  24. New Orleans Saints: Troy Pride, CB, Notre Dame
Eli Apple has struggled mightily this past season. The Saints, at some point, have to give up on him and find a new No. 2 cornerback. We’ll see if Janoris Jenkins can be the solution. Troy Pride performed very well at the combine, so he should have cemented his status as a day-two pick.

  25. Minnesota Vikings: Antonio Gandy-Golden, WR, Liberty
There’s talk that the Vikings could trade Stefon Diggs. Even if they don’t, they should look into finding a better third receiver.

Antonio Gandy-Golden has great size (6-4, 220) and hands. Level of competition and speed are question marks.

Pick change; previously Jacob Phillips, LB

  26. Las Vegas Raiders: Anfernee Jennings, LB, Alabama
The Raiders could add a second player to help their putrid linebacking corps.

  27. Cleveland Browns: Jacob Phillips, LB, LSU
It sounds like Cleveland will lose Joe Schobert to free agency, so here’s a potential replacement.

Jacob Phillips has been an extremely productive linebacker for LSU. The physical defender was a five-star recruit.

Pick change; previously Robert Hunt, OT

  28. Baltimore Ravens: K.J. Hill, WR, Ohio State
The Ravens could stand to add more than one talented receiver in the draft.

K.J. Hill runs good routes and has great run-after-catch skills.

  29. Tennessee Titans: Bryce Hall, CB, Virginia
The Titans may lose Logan Ryan next offseason when he hits free agency. Here’s a potential replacement.

Bryce Hall is a tall (6-1, 200) and fast cornerback, but struggled at times in 2019.

Pick change; previously Troy Pride, CB

  30. Green Bay Packers: Jared Pinkney, TE, Vanderbilt
The Packers didn’t select a receiver in the 2019 NFL Draft, and they’ve paid the price. They also failed to upgrade tight end. Both areas must be bolstered this upcoming offseason.

  31. Denver Broncos: Lucas Niang, OT, TCU
The Broncos will have to consider finding some competition for the oft-penalized Garett Bolles.

  32. Kansas City Chiefs: Lavert Hill, CB, Michigan
Kansas City’s defense made vast improvements thrughout the 2019 season, but cornerback was always a problem across from Charvarious Ward.

Pick change; previously Eno Benjamin, RB
