2020 Fantasy Football Value Quarterbacks (Aug. 10):
This is a list of my favorite 2020 fantasy football value quarterbacks. These are fantasy players who aren’t quite sleepers – i.e. they’re not being chosen in the final few rounds – but they’re going way later than they should in fantasy football drafts. Cam Newton, QB, Patriots. ADP: 13.06.
Cam Newton is being drafted too late. He’s a major injury risk, but he’s healthy at the moment. He’s well worth it in the middle of the 13th round, as his upside is enormous. His Week 1 matchup is fine, as Miami has a very weak pass rush.

Tom Brady, QB, Buccaneers. ADP: 9.11.
When Tom Brady signed with the Buccaneers to join Mike Evans and Chris Godwin, I assumed he would be drafted way too early in fantasy leagues. That hasn’t been the case, as Brady is on the edge of being a 10th-round fantasy pick. Brady won’t post colossal fantasy stats like Jameis Winston because he won’t be in as many deficits, but he still provides good value at his ADP.

Jared Goff, QB, Rams. ADP: 11.10.
I love to play matchups with quarterbacks. Jared Goff has a great matchup in Week 1 against the Cowboys, who lost some key defensive players this offseason. Goff can also be used the following Sunday against the Eagles, who have one of the worst linebacking corps in the NFL.

Ben Roethlisberger, QB, Steelers. ADP: 11.07.
Ben Roethlisberger is another quarterback with a favorable Week 1 matchup. While the Giants’ pass defense will be better this year than it was in 2019, Roethlisberger should still have a successful opening performance. The one concern with him is his injured elbow, but all reports have been positive thus far.

Teddy Bridgewater, QB, Panthers. ADP: 14.09.
I can’t say I love Teddy Bridgewater, but if you’re in a pickle and are desperate for a quarterback in Rounds 14-16, you can take a shot with Carolina’s new signal-caller. Bridgewater has a positive Week 1 matchup against the Raiders.
