2017-18 Team Salary: Approximately $92.2 million

NBA Offseason Team Needs:

1. Power Forward: With Zach Randolph and JaMychal Green both free agents, the Grizzlies have a hole to fill at power forward. They have some options on the roster, but nobody ready to step into a starting role. With limited cap flexibility, Memphis will need to find an affordable replacement if it decides to let either guy walk, though the club does have the option to match any offer to Green.

2. Shooting Guard: Just like the power forward position, both Tony Allen and Vince Carter are free agents this summer, and Memphis has to either re-sign one or both of them at shotting guard. The other option is to find a value in the open market who the Grizzlies can plug into their starting lineup.

3. Get Parsons Healthy: Last summer, Memphis signed Chandler Parsons to a 4-year deal worth more than $94 million. Parsons was battled injury in his first year with the Grizzlies, and when he was on the floor, he did not make a major impact. If the team has any hopes of making a move up the Western Conference standings, Parsons has to play to his potential and that starts with being at 100 percent.
