1/18/10: A smart tackle, Zane Beadles was once again an All-Mountain West first-teamer.

2/9/09: A major reason why Utah was able to be crowned national champs, Zane Beadles was an All-Mountain West first-teamer.

7/27/08: Zane Beadles qualified for the All-Mountain West second team, as he started 13 games at left tackle in 2007 after starting 12 contests at guard as a freshman.

Robert Johnson, FS, Utah
Height: 6-2. Weight: 203.

Pro Day 40 Time: 4.58.

1/14/10: Robert Johnson struggled in 2008, but rebounded well as a senior, earning a spot on the All-Mountain West First Team. Johnson had a whopping six interceptions and six pass deflections to go along with 70 tackles and four TFL.

3/13/09: Despite 41 tackles, four interceptions and three passes broken up, Robert Johnson lost his job at some point in 2008. He also dealt with a hamstring injury.

8/6/08: Robert Johnson started seven games as a sophomore, as he was battling shoulder problems all year. He picked off three passes and qualified as an All-Mountain West honorable mention.

Koa Misi, DE/OLB, Utah
Height: 6-2. Weight: 246.
Projected 40 Time: 4.74.
Combine 40 Time: 4.69.

1/31/10: Along with Brandon Graham, Koa Misi made life a living hell for the Senior Bowl South quarterbacks with outside pressure.

1/22/10: Koa Misi finished his final year at Utah with 9.5 TFL and five sacks. He was invited to the Senior Bowl and Combine.

11/14/09: Has 50 tackles, seven TFL and 3.5 sacks through eight games in 2009.

2/12/09: Had 8.5 TFL and three sacks as a junior. Also broke up six passes.

David Reed, WR, Utah
Height: 6-0. Weight: 192.

Combine 40 Time: 4.54.
Pro Day 40 Time: 4.52.
Vertical: . Broad: 9-5.
Projected Round (2010): 6-7.

1/19/10: David Reed compiled 81 catches, 1,188 yards and five touchdowns as a senior after recording just 25 receptions in 2008. He’ll be at the Combine.

Stevenson Sylvester, OLB, Utah
Height: 6-2. Weight: 232.
Projected 40 Time: 4.75.
Combine 40 Time: 4.63.

1/8/10: Had 81 tackles, five TFL and two sacks in 2009.

2/16/09: A major defensive force for the 2008 national champions. Stevenson Sylvester, an All-Mountain West second-teamer, notched 73 tackles, eight TFL, 3.5 sacks and four passes broken up.

8/2/08: Stevenson Sylvester started eight games, and recorded 86 tackles, nine tackles for loss and five pass break-ups, earning himself an All-Mountain West honorable mention. Sylvester also started three games as a freshman.





Buffalo

Mike Newton, CB, Buffalo
Height: 5-10. Weight: 197.
Projected 40 Time: 4.53.
Pro Day 40 Time: 4.48.
Vertical: 41. Broad: 10.
Projected Round (2010): 6-7.

3/4/10: Mike Newton was very impressive at his Pro Day, running a 4.48 and notching a 41-inch vertical. He might be drafted in the final rounds.

Naaman Roosevelt, WR, Buffalo
Height: 6-0. Weight: 189.
Projected 40 Time: 4.49.
Pro Day 40 Time: 4.60.
Vertical: 36. Broad: 9-8.
Projected Round (2010): 6-7.

3/5/10: Naaman Roosevelt ran a 4.60 at his Pro Day – not exactly the time he was looking for.

1/19/10: Finished the year with 70 grabs, 954 yards and nine touchdowns.

2/7/09: If you love stats, check these out: 104 catches, 1,402 yards and 13 touchdowns. Naaman Roosevelt was especially impressive at the end of the season. He caught at least eight passes in his final six contests.

James Starks, RB, Buffalo
Height: 6-2. Weight: 214.

Combine 40 Time: 4.48.
Benchx225: 15. Vertical: 36. Broad: .
Projected Round (2010): 5-6.

1/16/10: Missed his entire season with a shoulder injury, but received a Combine invite. He’ll need to test well after not playing for a year.

10/10/09: A shoulder injury has knocked James Starks out for the 2009 season.

2/6/09: Along with his quarterback D.Willy, James “Proto Man” Starks put up pretty good numbers, rushing for 1333 yards and 16 touchdowns. Perhaps more impressive are Starks’ 52 receptions and 361 receiving yards.





Indiana

Will Patterson, OLB, Indiana
Height: 6-1. Weight: 235.
Projected 40 Time: 4.63.
Pro Day 40 Time: 4.63.
Benchx225: 32. Vertical: 34.5.
Projected Round (2010): 7-FA.

1/8/10: Played in 11 games, collecting 67 tackles, four TFL and 1.5 sacks.

2/16/09: Will Patterson missed some time with a knee injury, but the Indiana co-captain still collected 55 tackles, 8.5 TFL, 1.5 sacks and three passes broken up in 2008. 8/2/08: Will Patterson put up some great numbers as a sophomore, including 104 tackles, eight tackles for loss, three forced fumbles and two sacks.
