To differentiate between all the “Start ‘Ems” on my Fantasy Football Start Em, Sit Em page, you can check out the Weekly Fantasy Football Rankings, so you can figure out whom to start between Player X and Player Y.

Below are my fantasy RB rankings and a set of links for my positional Weekly NFL Fantasy Football Rankings. Keep in mind that this list is for this week only; not the entire rest of the season.

The rankings are based on a PPR scoring system. Each player has Walterfootball.com’s projected stats and standard scoring points.

  1. Bijan Robinson, RB, Falcons (vs. Buccaneers)- 26 Points
    120 Rushing Yards, 3 Catches, 20 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
    Bijan Robinson should have a great 2025 debut versus the Buccaneers.

  2. Saquon Barkley, RB, Eagles (vs. Cowboys)- 25 Points
    130 Rushing Yards, 2 Catches, 10 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
    The Cowboys are awful versus the run.

  3. Christian McCaffrey, RB, 49ers (at Seahawks)- 23 Points
    80 Rushing Yards, 5 Catches, 40 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
    Enjoy Christian McCaffrey while he’s healthy. Seattle played the run much better in the second half of the season last year.

  4. De'Von Achane, RB, Dolphins (at Colts)- 22 Points
    50 Rushing Yards, 6 Catches, 50 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
    If healthy, De’Von Achane should dominate the Colts.

  5. Derrick Henry, RB, Ravens (at Bills)- 22 Points
    110 Rushing Yards, 1 Catch, 10 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
    Derrick Henry should get plenty of carries in the second half.

  6. Bucky Irving, RB, Bucs (at Falcons)- 20 Points
    70 Rushing Yards, 4 Catches, 30 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
    Bucky Irving will have a greater workload this year.

  7. Jahmyr Gibbs, RB, Lions (at Packers)- 20 Points
    60 Rushing Yards, 4 Catches, 40 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
    Jahmyr Gibbs has a lot going against him this year, but he projects well this week.

  8. Alvin Kamara, RB, Saints (vs. Cardinals)- 20 Points
    60 Rushing Yards, 5 Catches, 30 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
    Alvin Kamara figures to regress as the season goes on, but he should do well in this game.

  9. Omarion Hampton, RB, Chargers (vs. Chiefs)- 18 Points
    70 Rushing Yards, 3 Catches, 20 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
    Omarion Hampton will get most of the work this year. This matchup isn’t impossible, but it’s not ideal either.

  10. Chase Brown, RB, Bengals (at Browns)- 17 Points
    50 Rushing Yards, 4 Catches, 20 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
    This is not an ideal matchup for Chase Brown.

  11. James Cook, RB, Bills (vs. Ravens)- 17 Points
    40 Rushing Yards, 4 Catches, 30 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
    James Cook may catch many passes in comeback mode.

  12. James Conner, RB, Cardinals (at Saints)- 17 Points
    60 Rushing Yards, 3 Catches, 20 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
    James Conner said he’s going to share the workload with Trey Benson this year.

  13. TreVeyon Henderson, RB, Patriots (vs. Raiders)- 17 Points
    40 Rushing Yards, 4 Catches, 30 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
    TreVeyon Henderson will do some damage on third downs and will work into the early-down role.

  14. Ashton Jeanty, RB, Raiders (at Patriots)- 17 Points
    80 Rushing Yards, 2 Catches, 10 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
    The Patriots will be better against the run this year, but Ashton Jeanty still figures to have a big game.

  15. Kenneth Walker, RB, Seahawks (vs. 49ers)- 17 Points
    80 Rushing Yards, 2 Catches, 10 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
    San Francisco’s defensive line took a hit in free agency.

  16. Isiah Pacheco, RB, Chiefs (vs. Chargers)- 16 Points
    80 Rushing Yards, 1 Catch, 10 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
    Isiah Pacheco figures to get most of the workload this year.

  17. Jonathan Taylor, RB, Colts (vs. Dolphins)- 16 Points
    80 Rushing Yards, 1 Catch, 10 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
    Miami’s run defense should be fine this year, while Jonathan Taylor’s blocking will not be.

  18. Josh Jacobs, RB, Packers (vs. Lions)- 16 Points
    70 Rushing Yards, 2 Catches, 10 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
    The Lions are usually strong against the run.

  19. Chuba Hubbard, RB, Panthers (at Jaguars)- 16 Points
    70 Rushing Yards, 2 Catches, 10 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
    The Panthers will be playing from behind, so this is not ideal.

  20. Kyren Williams, RB, Rams (vs. Texans)- 16 Points
    80 Rushing Yards, 1 Catch, 10 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
    Kyren Williams won’t be sharing the backfield anytime soon.

  21. Aaron Jones, RB, Vikings (at Bears)- 16 Points
    50 Rushing Yards, 3 Catches, 20 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
    The Bears aren’t great against the run, but Aaron Jones could split touches.

  22. D'Andre Swift, RB, Bears (vs. Vikings)- 15 Points
    60 Rushing Yards, 2 Catches, 10 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
    The Bears have made great improvements to their offensive line.

  23. Jaylen Warren, RB, Steelers (at Jets)- 15 Points
    80 Rushing Yards, 4 Catches, 30 Receiving Yards.
    Jaylen Warren has a nice matchup to begin 2025.

  24. R.J. Harvey, RB, Broncos (vs. Titans)- 14 Points
    80 Rushing Yards, 4 Catches, 20 Receiving Yards.
    R.J. Harvey should get plenty of receptions.

  25. Jerome Ford, RB, Browns (vs. Bengals)- 14 Points
    80 Rushing Yards, 1 TD.
    Jerome Ford won’t be starting for too long.

  26. Tony Pollard, RB, Titans (at Broncos)- 11 Points
    40 Rushing Yards, 4 Catches, 30 Receiving Yards.
    It’ll be difficult for Tony Pollard to do much versus Denver.

  27. Tank Bigsby, RB, Jaguars (vs. Panthers)- 10 Points
    80 Rushing Yards, 1 Catch, 10 Receiving Yards.
    Tank Bigsby appears to be the RB1.

  28. Ollie Gordon, RB, Dolphins (at Colts)- 9 Points
    30 Rushing Yards, 1 TD.
    Ollie Gordon will be a great Week 1 play if De’Von Achane is out.

  29. Tyrone Tracy, RB, Giants (at Redskins)- 9 Points
    40 Rushing Yards, 3 Catches, 20 Receiving Yards.
    Tyrone Tracy won’t do much running if the Giants are in a deficit, as expected.

  30. Breece Hall, RB, Jets (vs. Steelers)- 9 Points
    40 Rushing Yards, 3 Catches, 20 Receiving Yards.
    Breece Hall is going to split touches with Braelon Allen.

  31. Rhamondre Stevenson, RB, Patriots (vs. Raiders)- 9 Points
    70 Rushing Yards, 1 Catch, 10 Receiving Yards.
    Rhamondre Stevenson will eventually lose the early-down work to TreVeyon Henderson.

  32. Austin Ekeler, RB, Redskins (vs. Giants)- 9 Points
    20 Rushing Yards, 4 Catches, 30 Receiving Yards.


  33. Roschon Johnson, RB, Bears (vs. Vikings)- 8 Points
    20 Rushing Yards, 1 TD.


  34. J.K. Dobbins, RB, Broncos (vs. Titans)- 8 Points
    50 Rushing Yards, 2 Catches, 10 Receiving Yards.


  35. Dylan Sampson, RB, Browns (vs. Bengals)- 8 Points

    Javonte Williams won’t find much running room against the Eagles.

  38. Jacory Croskey-Merritt, RB, Redskins (vs. Giants)- 8 Points

    Jacory Croskey-Merritt should have plenty of rushing opportunities in the second half.

    50 Rushing Yards, 2 Catches, 10 Receiving Yards.
    Zach Charbonnet will see time in two-running back sets this year.
