2023 Fantasy Football Rankings – Wide Receivers

Last Updated: September 7

Top 10 | 11-20 | 21-40 | 41-60 | 61-100 |

Other Positions: QB | RB | WR | TE | DraftSharks’ Projections
21. Mike Williams, WR, Chargers. Bye: 5.

Mike Williams regressed last year, thanks to his inability to stay healthy. He should be able to rebound in 2022, but there’s an obvious downside.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 71 catches. 1,110 receiving yards. 7 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 153.

22. Jahan Dotson, WR, Redskins. Bye: 14.

Jahan Dotson looked like he had strong chemistry with Sam Howell in the preseason opener. Dotson caught two passes for 30 yards and a touchdown, making a great grab on the score. I’m high on Dotson this year, so I was glad to see this performance.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 74 catches. 1,110 receiving yards. 7 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 153.

23. DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Titans. Bye: 7.

DeAndre Hopkins was released, so we’re waiting to see which team signs him.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 95 catches. 1,100 receiving yards. 7 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 152.

24. George Pickens, WR, Steelers. Bye: 6.

George Pickens was Kenny Pickett’s favorite receiver. He’s a mega talent with immense potential.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 70 catches. 1,100 receiving yards. 7 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 152.

25. Jerry Jeudy, WR, Broncos. Bye: 9.

Jerry Jeudy struggled to start the year, but caught fire at the end of the season once he and Russell Wilson were able to gel together. With Denver improving its coaching staff and offensive line, Jeudy could be in for a huge season.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 79 catches. 1,090 receiving yards. 7 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 151.

26. Deebo Samuel, WR, 49ers. Bye: 9.

Deebo Samuel had a monstrous 2021 campaign, but his production took a hit last year when the 49ers traded for Christian McCaffrey.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 66 catches. 1,030 receiving yards. 8 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 151.

27. Brandon Aiyuk, WR, 49ers. Bye: 9.

Brandon Aiyuk’s days in Kyle Shanahan’s dog house are long gone. He posted career-highs in receptions (78), receiving yards (1,015) and touchdowns (8) last year.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 76 catches. 1,090 receiving yards. 7 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 151.

28. Christian Watson, WR, Packers. Bye: 6.

Christian Watson has superb athleticism and high upside. He made some big plays as a rookie, and he should continue to improve, though the downgrade at quarterback isn’t ideal.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 65 catches. 1,060 receiving yards. 7 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 148.

29. Mike Evans, WR, Buccaneers. Bye: 5.

Mike Evans is coming off a down year, and things will get worse with Baker Mayfield replacing Tom Brady.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 70 catches. 1,030 receiving yards. 7 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 145.

30. Diontae Johnson, WR, Steelers. Bye: 6.

Diontae Johnson’s stats took a hit this past year because Kenny Pickett didn’t like throwing to him as much as George Pickens.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 91 catches. 1,080 receiving yards. 6 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 144.

31. D.J. Moore, WR, Bears. Bye: 13.

People were waiving D.J. Moore early last season because he couldn’t produce anything with Baker Mayfield. That turned out to purely be a Mayfield problem, as Moore’s production increased when Mayfield was jettisoned. We’ll see how he performs with Justin Fields.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 76 catches. 1,070 receiving yards. 6 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 143.

32. Tyler Lockett, WR, Seahawks. Bye: 5.

Tyler Lockett eclipsed 1,000 yards for the fourth year in a row despite playing with Geno Smith. Age will become an issue soon; Lockett turns 31 in September. Jaxon Smith-Njigba will take away some targets.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 77 catches. 980 receiving yards. 7 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 140.

33. Gabriel Davis, WR, Bills. Bye: 13.

Gabe Davis had a couple of big games last year, but had so many duds. It’s difficult to trust him because of the horrible inconsistency.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 64 catches. 980 receiving yards. 7 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 140.

34. Christian Kirk, WR, Jaguars. Bye: 9.

Christian Kirk had career-high figures in his first season with Trevor Lawrence last year. The two should continue to show great chemistry together, though Calvin Ridley will draw some targets away from Kirk.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 75 catches. 1,030 receiving yards. 6 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 139.

35. Chris Godwin, WR, Buccaneers. Bye: 5.

Chris Godwin remained a PPR machine last year despite coming off a torn ACL. He’ll be more explosive next year, though the downgrade at quarterback will hurt.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 88 catches. 990 receiving yards. 6 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 135.

36. Brandin Cooks, WR, Cowboys. Bye: 7.

Brandin Cooks’ production took a dive last year. He was disgruntled and in a bad quarterbacking situation, so he should bounce back next year in Dallas.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 75 catches. 980 receiving yards. 6 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 134.

37. Marquise Brown, WR, Cardinals. Bye: 14.

Marquise Brown showed great chemistry with Kyler Murray to start the year, but his production took a hit when DeAndre Hopkins returned from suspension. With Hopkins on his way out, Brown will be productive in 2023 when Kyler Murray returns from injury.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 85 catches. 950 receiving yards. 6 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 131.

38. Courtland Sutton, WR, Broncos. Bye: 9.

Courtland Sutton was Russell Wilson’s favorite receiver when the year started, but that changed at the end of the season.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 69 catches. 970 receiving yards. 5 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 127.

39. Elijah Moore, WR, Browns. Bye: 5.

Elijah Moore suffered a sophomore slump, as he struggled with Zach Wilson. Perhaps he’ll improve with Deshaun Watson.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 65 catches. 900 receiving yards. 6 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 126.

40. Kadarius Toney, WR, Chiefs. Bye: 10.

Kadarius Toney has great potential playing with Patrick Mahomes, but he also has a low floor due to his injury history. He also has big upside heading into 2023.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 54 catches. 780 receiving yards. 8 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 126.
