Top 10 | 11-20 | 21-40 | 41-60 | 61-100 |

Other Positions: QB | RB | WR | TE | DraftSharks’ Projections
61. Jakobi Meyers, WR, Raiders. Bye: 13.

Jakobi Meyers is a solid PPR receiver who seems to have great chemistry with any quarterback.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 72 catches. 840 receiving yards. 5 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 114.

62. John Metchie, WR, Texans. Bye: 7.

John Metchie reportedly had an “amazing” recovery from leukemia. Houston’s front office believes he’ll be ready for the team’s offseason program.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 49 catches. 760 receiving yards. 4 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 110.

63. JuJu Smith-Schuster, WR, Patriots. Bye: 11.

JuJu Smith-Schuster was Patrick Mahomes’ favorite wide receiver last year, and yet he was inconsistent. It’s tough to have high interest in him, especially now that he’s in a run-first offense.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 63 catches. 790 receiving yards. 5 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 109.

64. Darnell Mooney, WR, Bears. Bye: 13.

Darnell Mooney struggled to start last year, but improved as the season progressed before being lost to an ankle injury. His outlook will brighten with the improvements Chicago has made this offseason.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 70 catches. 850 receiving yards. 4 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 109.

65. Tyler Boyd, WR, Bengals. Bye: 7.

Tyler Boyd continued to post mediocre numbers as Cincinnati’s third receiver. He needs one of the top two receivers to be injured to be more fantasy relevant.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 61 catches. 790 receiving yards. 5 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 109.

66. Michael Thomas, WR, Saints. Bye: 11.

Michael Thomas has played just 10 games in the past three years. It’s impossible to trust him.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 44 catches. 490 receiving yards. 5 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 109.

67. Rashee Rice, WR, Chiefs. Bye: 10.

Anyone playing with Patrick Mahomes has to draw your attention. Then again, the Chiefs haven’t drafted receivers well on Day 2.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 50 catches. 640 receiving yards. 4 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 108.

68. Michael Wilson, WR, Cardinals. Bye: 14.

Tyquan Thornton had some solid moments as a rookie. He’d have upside if he were surrounded by superior personnel.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 40 catches. 610 receiving yards. 4 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 105.

69. Jayden Reed, WR, Packers. Bye: 6.

Jayden Reed has seemingly already won the starting slot receiver job. He looked good in his preseason debut. He made a nice catch over a defender for a considerable gain. He also drew an interference flag at the goal line. He finished with two catches for 20 yards.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 63 catches. 610 receiving yards. 4 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 105.

70. Alec Pierce, WR, Colts. Bye: 11.

Alec Pierce had some big games in his rookie year, yet completely vanished in others. His outlook isn’t bright with a rookie quarterback under center.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 52 catches. 730 receiving yards. 5 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 103.

71. Michael Gallup, WR, Cowboys. Bye: 7.

Michael Gallup tore his ACL late in 2021, so he wasn’t quite himself last year. He should perform better this upcoming season.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 58 catches. 790 receiving yards. 4 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 103.

72. Darius Slayton, WR, Giants. Bye: 13.

Darius Slayton came back from the dead last year to show some nice chemistry with Daniel Jones.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 54 catches. 790 receiving yards. 4 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 103.

73. Curtis Samuel, WR, Redskins. Bye: 14.

Curtis Samuel had terrific chemistry with Carson Wentz, yet didn’t perform as well with the other quarterbacks.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 58 catches. 780 receiving yards. 4 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 102.

74. Cedric Tillman, WR, Browns. Bye: 5.

Cedric Tillman is a big receiver who might be able to emerge as Cleveland’s No. 2 receiver, though passing Donovan Peoples-Jones might be difficult as a rookie.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 52 catches. 710 receiving yards. 5 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 101.

75. Rondale Moore, WR, Cardinals. Bye: 14.

Rondale Moore was far more productive in his second year on a per-game basis. However, he missed nine games with injuries.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 72 catches. 750 receiving yards. 4 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 99.

76. Zay Jones, WR, Jaguars. Bye: 9.

Zay Jones was a PPR monster for the Jaguars this past season, but he’ll lose targets to Calvin Ridley next year.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 68 catches. 690 receiving yards. 5 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 99.

77. Isaiah Hodgins, WR, Giants. Bye: 13.

Isaiah Hodgins was the Giants’ best receiver down the stretch last year, which isn’t saying much.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 55 catches. 580 receiving yards. 5 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 98.

78. Donovan Peoples-Jones, WR, Browns. Bye: 5.

Donovan Peoples-Jones had issues with consistency heading into his third year, but made improvements in that regard. He didn’t do much with Deshaun Watson at the end of the year, however.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 55 catches. 790 receiving yards. 3 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 97.

79. Robert Woods, WR, Texans. Bye: 7.

Robert Woods didn’t offer much explosiveness last year because he was coming off a torn ACL. He’ll be better in 2023.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 60 catches. 730 receiving yards. 4 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 97.

80. Puka Nacua, WR, Rams. Bye: 10.

Puka Nacua is a fifth-round rookie who has been getting some hype. He rested with the starters in the second preseason game.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 45 catches. 590 receiving yards. 3 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 92.

81. DeVante Parker, WR, Patriots. Bye: 11.

It’s difficult to like DeVante Parker in an offense comprised of Mac Jones and a shaky offensive line.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 50 catches. 710 receiving yards. 3 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 89.

82. D.J. Chark, WR, Panthers. Bye: 7.

D.J. Chark had some solid games with the Lions last season. He’ll now be playing with a rookie quarterback, which isn’t ideal.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 40 catches. 620 receiving yards. 4 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 86.

83. Greg Dortch, WR, Cardinals. Bye: 14.

Greg Dortch can be a PPR machine in the right matchups. He’ll benefit from DeAndre Hopkins’ departure.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 64 catches. 600 receiving yards. 4 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 84.

84. Mack Hollins, WR, Falcons. Bye: 11.

Mack Hollins will be playing with a worse quarterback this year, so it’s tough to like him.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 52 catches. 650 receiving yards. 3 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 83.

85. Mecole Hardman, WR, Jets. Bye: 7.

Mecole Hardman had a nose for the end zone last year, scoring four times on 25 catches. He suffered an injury after that. He’ll be back, but won’t have Patrick Mahomes throwing to him.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 45 catches. 530 receiving yards. 5 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 83.

86. Marquez Valdes-Scantling, WR, Chiefs. Bye: 10.

Marquez Valdes-Scantling was a disappointment in his first season in Kansas City, finishing with 42 catches.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 38 catches. 630 receiving yards. 3 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 81.

87. Terrace Marshall, WR, Panthers. Bye: 7.

Terrace Marshall showed improvement in his second year, but won’t be much of a factor until the Panthers solve their quarterback problem.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 44 catches. 620 receiving yards. 3 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 80.

88. Hunter Renfrow, WR, Raiders. Bye: 13.

Derek Carr is gone, but Jarrett Stidham showed a willingness to throw to Hunter Renfrow in the finale. Maybe Jimmy Garoppolo will feel the same way.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 56 catches. 540 receiving yards. 4 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 78.

89. Nico Collins, WR, Texans. Bye: 7.

Nico Collins is a solid possession receiver who may have a role in the offense next year.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 48 catches. 600 receiving yards. 3 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 78.

90. Josh Downs, WR, Colts. Bye: 11.

Josh Downs should begin his career by starting in the slot for the Colts. Anthony Richardson will certainly target Downs a fair amount, but Richardson’s high tendency to run will stifle Downs’ fantasy production.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 44 catches. 480 receiving yards. 3 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 76.

91. Romeo Doubs, WR, Packers. Bye: 6.

Romeo Doubs began the year as the Packers’ No. 2 receiver, but lost that distinction to Christian Watson. He struggled to close out the year.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 42 catches. 480 receiving yards. 4 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 72.

92. Wan'Dale Robinson, WR, Giants. Bye: 13.

Wan’Dale Robinson had a 100-yard game as a rookie, but didn’t play much because of injuries. One, unfortunately, was a torn ACL, so it’s hard to like him in 2023.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 34 catches. 350 receiving yards. 2 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 72.

93. Chase Claypool, WR, Bears. Bye: 13.

Chase Claypool doesn’t project well in Chicago’s run heavy offense.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 35 catches. 390 receiving yards. 3 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 67.

94. Randall Cobb, WR, Jets. Bye: 7.

Corey Davis is in a crowded receiving corps, so he’ll need injuries to players around him to be relevant in fantasy.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 35 catches. 390 receiving yards. 2 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 51.

95. Tim Patrick, WR, Broncos. Bye: 9.

Tim Patrick tore his Achilles and will be out for the year. It’s a shame for Patrick, who was working hard to return from a torn ACL.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 0 catches. 0 receiving yards. 0 total TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 0.
