*** This mock draft will be updated at least once per week (Tuesday afternoons and other times for important events.). Check out old versions of this 2015 NFL Mock Draft in the archived mock draft section. Follow @walterfootball for updates. ***

  1. Oakland Raiders: Mike Davis, RB, South Carolina
Darren McFadden won’t be around much longer, while Maurice Jones-Drew hasn’t shown that he can stay healthy. Mike Davis figures to be a big upgrade in the backfield.

    Follow @walterfootball for updates.

  2. Jacksonville Jaguars: Corey Robinson, OT, South Carolina
Blake Bortles has been terrible, but perhaps he’ll stop throwing tons of interceptions if he has better protection. The Jaguars need to improve their right tackle situation.

Pick change; previously Nick O’Leary, TE

  3. Oakland Raiders: Mario Edwards, DT, Florida State
The Raiders acquired this pick from the Buccaneers in the first round for Marcus Mariota. They can spend it on defense; Oakland signed a bunch of short-term solutions for the defensive tackle position this past offseason, but it’ll have to find players to fill the void in the future.

Pick change; previously Michael Bennett, DT

  4. Tennessee Titans: Alex Carter, CB, Stanford
Tennessee needs help all over their defense after its multiple disgraceful showings. Blidi Wreh-Wilson has been dreadful as a replacement for Alterraun Verner. The Titans could use multiple upgrades in the secondary.

Pick change; previously Cody Prewitt, S

  5. St. Louis Rams: Tre Jackson, G, Florida State
The Rams’ offensive line has played better since Greg Robinson moved into the starting lineup, but Robinson will have to move to left tackle in the wake of Jake Long’s injury.

  6. New York Jets: Brett Hundley, QB, UCLA
Geno Smith has been incredibly inconsistent. If he doesn’t improve this area with Percy Harvin at his disposal – the early returns are not promising – the Jets may decide that they’ll just want to start over.

Pick change; previously Connor Cook, QB

  7. Minnesota Vikings: Rashad Greene, WR, Florida State
More help for Teddy Bridgewater – this time, a receiver. Greg Jennings probably won’t be around much longer, given that his production is not matching his salary. A new No. 2 wideout will be looked into.

Pick change; previously Cameron Erving, OT/G

  8. Atlanta Falcons: Cameron Erving, OT/G, Florida State
The Jake Matthews pick looked like it was working out early before the A&M product got banged up. Regardless, the Falcons could stand to add another offensive tackle because Sam Baker (and everyone else) is always hurt.

Pick change; previously Corey Robinson, OT

  9. Chicago Bears: Owamagbe Odighizuwa, DE, UCLA
The Bears signed a bunch of defensive ends last offseason, but some of them – mainly Jared Allen, and perhaps Lamarr Houston after his ridiculous ACL tear – are short-term rentals. Here’s a potential starter for the future.

  10. Washington Redskins: Denzel Perryman, ILB, Miami
The Redskins aren’t getting good production out of their linebackers. Perry Riley has struggled once again, while Keenan Robinson has been even worse.

Pick change; previously Alex Carter, CB

  11. Cleveland Browns: Danny Shelton, NT, Washington
Ahtyba Rubin is an impending free agent this March. Here’s a replacement if the Browns can’t retain him.

Pick change; previously Rashad Greene, WR

  12. Buffalo Bills: Stefon Diggs, WR, Maryland
Sammy Watkins has matched all of the hype, as it appears as though he’ll be a Pro Bowler for years to come. The Bills need a No. 2 wideout across from him, however.

Pick change; previously Brett Hundley, QB

  13. Houston Texans: Shawn Oakman, DE/DT, Baylor
The Texans have struggled against the run this year because they miss Antonio Smith, whom they failed to replace this past offseason. Here’s an upgrade who will make their defensive front even more formidable.

Pick change; previously Danny Shelton, NT

  14. Carolina Panthers: Sean Hickey, OT, Syracuse
Most people focus on Carolina’s receiving corps, but the team’s offensive line can’t block whatsoever for Cam Newton. That absolutely must change for the Panthers to be a playoff contender again.

Pick change; previously Stefon Diggs, WR

  15. New York Giants: Michael Bennett, DT, Ohio State
Here’s more defensive line help for the Giants, who could use some long-term options in the interior to go along with Johnathan Hankins.

Pick change; previously Ameer Abdullah, RB

  16. Pittsburgh Steelers: Jordan Jenkins, DE/OLB, Georgia
The Steelers hate drafting edge rushers early on because of scheme transition issues, but they really need to upgrade their pass rush.

Pick change; previously Jalen Collins, CB

  17. Cincinnati Bengals: Hroniss Grasu, C, Oregon
The Bengals don’t have very many needs, but they are especially weak at center, where rookie Russell Bodine has struggled for the most part thus far.

  18. Detroit Lions: A.J. Cann, G, South Carolina
The Lions have struggled to protect Matthew Stafford this season. Guard Rob Sims has become a liability, so the front office may attempt to replace him. He’ll be a free agent come March anyway.

  19. Miami Dolphins: Nick O’Leary, TE, Florida State
The Dolphins could use a more traditional tight end to complement Charles Clay. It wouldn’t hurt to give Ryan Tannehill another weapon.

Pick change; previously Jaquiski Tartt, S

  20. Philadelphia Eagles: Cody Prewitt, S, Ole Miss
Nate Allen has been a huge liability, as he was responsible for Arizona’s game-winning touchdown. The Eagles are in desperate need of an upgrade at safety.

Pick change; previously Kevin Johnson, CB

  21. Kansas City Chiefs: Carl Davis, DE/DT, Iowa
The Chiefs aren’t particularly strong up front, outside of Dontari Poe. They never properly replaced Tyson Jackson.

Pick change; previously Arik Armstead, DE/DT

  22. Arizona Cardinals: Jalen Collins, CB, LSU
Antonio Cromartie has been much better than Patrick Peterson this year, but he was signed on for just one year. The Cardinals will obviously need a replacement if they can’t keep him.

Pick change; previously Carl Davis, DT

  23. New Orleans Saints: Benardrick McKinney, LB, Mississippi State
The Saints have to make multiple upgrades to their linebacking corps. Finding someone who can actually tackle would be great.

  24. Baltimore Ravens: Nelson Agholor, WR, USC
Steve Smith looked done last year, but he’s actually trying now, and it’s paying off for Baltimore. However, Steve Smith won’t last much longer, while Torrey Smith is an impending free agent, so the Ravens will have to find a new receiver.

  25. Dallas Cowboys: Jaquiski Tartt, S, Samford
The secondary is still a weak area for the Cowboys. They need to find upgrades at both cornerback and safety.

Pick change; previously Karl Joseph, S

  26. San Francisco 49ers: Ty Montgomery, WR, Stanford
If the struggling Michael Crabtree leaves via free agency, the 49ers will definitely have to do something about the receiver position.

  27. San Diego Chargers: Josue Matias, G, Florida State
San Diego’s offensive line played well last year, but it has been a disappointment thus far in 2014. The interior needs to get better.

  28. Indianapolis Colts: Ameer Abdullah, RB, Nebraska
Ahmad Bradshaw has performed well this year, but the Colts can’t count on him to stay healthy. Trent Richardson, meanwhile, hasn’t come close to living up to expectations.

Pick change; previously Jordan Jenkins, DE/OLB

  29. Seattle Seahawks: Christian Covington, DT, Rice
Jordan Hill has not panned out thus far, so the Seahawks will need long-term help at defensive tackle once Kevin Williams retires.

  30. New England Patriots: D.J. Humphries, OT/G, Florida
The Patriots’ biggest weakness is the offensive line. The interior can’t block at all, so Bill Belichick may trade away his next-best blocker for another tight end he won’t use. If not, I’m sure he’ll look at another Florida prospect.

  31. Green Bay Packers: Tevin Coleman, RB, Indiana
The Packers envisioned utilizing a dual backfield when they drafted Eddie Lacy and Johnathan Franklin. The latter has been a huge disappointment, so Green Bay could spend a day-two choice on another running back to complement Lacy.

Pick change; previously Sean Hickey, OT

  32. Denver Broncos: Karl Joseph, S, West Virginia
Rahim Moore is an impending free agent in March, so here’s a potential replacement for him.

Pick change; previously Derron Smith, S
