*** This mock draft will be updated at least once per week (Tuesday afternoons and other times for important events.). Check out old versions of this 2015 NFL Mock Draft in the archived mock draft section. Follow @walterfootball for updates. ***

  1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Lorenzo Mauldin, DE/OLB, Louisville
Gerald McCoy is the only Buccaneer putting consistent pressure on opposing quarterbacks. That needs to change, especially considering the other quarterbacks in the division.

    Follow @walterfootball for updates.

  2. Tennessee Titans: Hauoli Kikaha, DE/OLB, Washington
The Titans have to find tons of defensive help. One major need in particular is a pass-rushing upgrade because Kamerion Wimbley is not getting the job done.

  3. Oakland Raiders: Devin Smith, WR, Ohio State
The Raiders might take Amari Cooper in the first round. If they don’t, they may consider another receiver in the next round or two.

Pick change; previously Derron Smith, S

  4. Jacksonville Jaguars: Nick O’Leary, TE, Florida State
Marcedes Lewis has been a huge disappointment since signing his contract, so the Jaguars need an upgrade. Lewis, 31 right after the 2015 NFL Draft, will be due nearly $7 million in the final season of his contract, so Jacksonville may cut him next offseason.

  5. New York Jets: Ifo Ekpre-Olomu, CB, Oregon
How pissed will Rex Ryan be if the Jets finally add some talented corners after completely ignoring the position this past offseason, and he’s not there anymore? Ifo Ekpre-Olomu unfortunately tore his ACL, so he’s now in the third-round range.

Pick change; previously Quandre Diggs, CB

  6. Washington Redskins: Karl Joseph, S, West Virginia
The issues the Redskins have in their secondary are pretty well documented. They’ve been counting on Ryan Clark this year, which was disastrous because the former Steeler is way past his prime.

  7. Chicago Bears: Jalen Collins, CB, LSU
Kyle Fuller looked great back when he was healthy – he completely shut down Kelvin Benjamin and other solid receivers – but the Bears will need another corner with Charles Tillman likely done.

Pick change; previously Quandre Diggs, CB

  8. New Orleans Saints: Reese Dismukes, C, Auburn
The Saints’ starting center, Jonathan Goodwin, turns 36 in December. He’ll be a free agent in March.

  9. New York Giants: Duke Johnson, RB, Miami
Rashad Jennings can’t stay healthy, while Andre Williams is just a basic plodder. The Giants could consider using a second-day pick on a running back.

Pick change; previously Michael Bennett, DT

  10. St. Louis Rams: Eric Striker, OLB, Oklahoma
The Rams’ secondary has been playing better lately – the Mark Barron trade is working out – and the defensive line is dominant. That just leaves the linebacking corps, which has some issues.

  11. Atlanta Falcons: Trey Flowers, DE/OLB, Arkansas
It wouldn’t surprise me if the Falcons doubled up on pass-rushers; they really need to improve this area of their defense.

Pick change; previously Buck Allen, RB

  12. Minnesota Vikings: Nate Orchard, DE/OLB, Utah
Brian Robison will turn 32 right after the 2015 NFL Draft, so a successor will be needed.

Pick change; previously Corey Robinson, OT

  13. Cleveland Browns: Corey Robinson, OT, South Carolina
The Browns were thinking about finding an upgrade over right tackle Mitchell Schwartz this offseason, and they would’ve considered Greg Robinson if he fell to them.

Pick change; previously Josh Harper, WR

  14. San Francisco 49ers: Obum Gwacham, DE/OLB, Oregon State
The 49ers should look into drafting another pass-rusher, just in case Aldon Smith can’t stay out of trouble.

Pick change; previously Nate Orchard, DE/OLB

  15. Buffalo Bills: Ben Koyack, TE, Notre Dame
I’ve been saying the Bills need an upgrade at the tight end position for years now. Perhaps they’ll finally listen.

Pick change; previously Trey Flowers, DE/OLB

  16. Kansas City Chiefs: Quandre Diggs, CB, Texas
Sean Smith has played extremely well for the Chiefs this year, but how much longer can that hold up? Kansas City also needs a starter across from him, as the coaching staff did a poor job of installing a scheme to build around Brandon Flowers’ strengths.

Pick change; previously Anthony Harris, S

  17. Houston Texans: Ray Drew, DE/DT, Georgia
The Texans have struggled against the run this year because they miss Antonio Smith, whom they failed to replace this past offseason. Here’s an upgrade who will make their defensive front even more formidable.

Pick change; previously Sean Hickey, OT

  18. Miami Dolphins: Derron Smith, S, Fresno State
Both Louis Delmas and Jimmy Wilson will be impending free agents this upcoming offseason, and all the Dolphins have waiting in the wings is 2014 fourth-rounder Walt Aikens. Miami will have to get younger and better at the safety position.

  19. Baltimore Ravens: Ty Montgomery, WR, Stanford
Depending on how things shake out this offseason, the Ravens may want to bring in multiple new wide receivers.

  20. Philadelphia Eagles: Jake Fisher, OT, Oregon
Another Oregon player for Chip Kelly. This one can upgrade Todd Herremans at right guard and then move to tackle once Jason Peters retires.

  21. Carolina Panthers: Laken Tomlinson, G, Duke
Most people focus on Carolina’s receiving corps, but the team’s offensive line can’t block whatsoever for Cam Newton, who’s had no chance in some games this year. He was sacked a whopping nine times against the Eagles! That absolutely must change for the Panthers to be a playoff contender again (in years in which the divisional leader isn’t 6-8, of course).

Pick change; previously Ameer Abdullah, RB

  22. San Diego Chargers: Justin Hardy, WR, East Carolina
The Chargers could use some help at receiver, as Malcom Floyd will be 34 next season, while Eddie Royal is an impending free agent.

  23. Pittsburgh Steelers: Jordan Richards, S, Stanford
More help for Pittsburgh’s anemic secondary. The Steelers signed Michael Mitchell this offseason, but he hasn’t met expectations. He was torched in the Indianapolis game along with Cortez Allen.

  24. Dallas Cowboys: Kurtis Drummond, S, Michigan State
The Cowboys are still hurting in the secondary, and they could use an upgrade at both corner and safety.

  25. Cincinnati Bengals: Michael Bennett, DT, Ohio State
Domata Peko has not played well this year, so the Bengals may want to consider finding some help for the interior of their defensive line.

Pick change; previously Garrett Grayson, QB

  26. Indianapolis Colts: Henry Anderson, DE/DT, Stanford
Cory Redding has been a stud this year, but he will be a 34-year-old free agent in March. A long-term pass-rusher on the defensive line is needed.

  27. Detroit Lions: Gabe Wright, DT, Auburn
The Lions suddenly need to look at defensive tackles. Ndamukong Suh is entering his contract year, while Nick Fairley has issues with lethargy.

Pick change; previously Laken Tomlinson, G

  28. Arizona Cardinals: Za’Darius Smith, DE/OLB, Kentucky
The Cardinals need a long-term pass-rusher across from Sam Acho; John Abraham will be a 37-year-old free agent next spring. I was surprised they didn’t draft an edge rusher this past May.

  29. Green Bay Packers: Jay Ajayi, RB, Boise State
The Packers envisioned utilizing a dual backfield when they drafted Eddie Lacy and Johnathan Franklin. The latter didn’t work out, so Green Bay could spend a day-two choice on another running back to complement Lacy.

  30. Denver Broncos: Ramik Wilson, ILB, Georgia
The Broncos have had issues at middle linebacker for quite some time, so perhaps they’ll finally put those to rest by spending an early-round pick on an upgrade.

  31. Seattle Seahawks: Sean Hickey, OT/G, Syracuse
The Seahawks may want to find some help for their offensive line so Russell Wilson isn’t under siege as much.

Pick change; previously Christian Covington, DT

  32. New England Patriots: D.J. Humphries, OT/G, Florida
Another versatile offensive lineman, as Bill Belichick could spend multiple picks to fortify his front line.
