  1. Cincinnati Bengals: Isaiah Wilson, OT, Georgia
The Bengals are getting Jonah Williams back from injury, but they just lost Cordy Glenn to free agency, so they still need a new tackle.

Isaiah Wilson is a dominant run blocker who has the potential to be an elite pass protector.

Pick change; previously Solomon Kindley, G

  2. Indianapolis Colts: Trevon Diggs, CB, Alabama
The Colts lost Pierre Desir this offseason, and yet they already needed cornerback help. They’ll need to address this position in the second round.

Trevon Diggs, younger brother of Vikings receiver Stefon Diggs, began as a receiver at Alabama, but was tremendous last season at cornerback before suffering a foot injury.

Pick change; previously Jordan Love, QB

  3. Detroit Lions: Zack Baun, DE/OLB, Wisconsin
The Lions need an edge rusher to go along with Trey Flowers, as they’ll need to improve their ability to get to Aaron Rodgers to overtake the Packers.

Zack Baun has size limitations (6-3, 238), but he was very productive at Wisconsin.

Pick change; previously Justin Madubuike, DT

  4. New York Giants: Antoine Winfield Jr., S, Minnesota
The Giants’ secondary was atrocious in 2019, and that was before the Janoris Jenkins release. The Giants addressed cornerback in free agency, but they still need safety help.

Antoine Winfield is a ball-hawking play-maker. This Web site is so old that we used to write about his dad!

Pick change; previously A.J. Terrell, CB

  5. Detroit Lions: J.K. Dobbins, RB, Ohio State
This is one of the picks the Lions received from the Chargers in my proposed trade in the first round.

Kerryon Johnson hasn’t been able to stay healthy, so I expect Detroit to target a running back in the opening half of the 2020 NFL Draft.

J.K. Dobbins entered 2017 as a backup, but overtook Mike Weber and had a terrific freshman campaign, showing off his great, explosive running ability.

  6. Carolina Panthers: Ezra Cleveland, OT, Boise State
The Panthers acquired Russell Okung for Trai Turner, which was a puzzling move. They must know that Okung is not the long-term answer at tackle.

Pick change; previously Jacob Eason, QB

  7. Miami Dolphins: Kyle Dugger, S, Lenoir-Rhyne
The Dolphins spent their first three picks on offense, so they can now address their stop unit in the second round. They have holes in their secondary that must be filled.

Kyle Dugger is big and quick, and he possesses an excellent skill set.

Pick change; previously Antoine Winfield Jr., S

  8. Houston Texans: Shane Lemieux, G, Oregon
The Texans better make this pick count, given that this is basically all they acquired for DeAndre Hopkins. Perhaps they’ll use it to bolster Deshaun Watson’s poor protection.

Charlie Campbell has reported in the NFL Hot Press that Shane Lemieux has impressed evaluators enough that he could end up being chosen in the first round.

Pick change; previously Raekwon Davis, DT

  9. Cleveland Browns: Solomon Kindley, G, Georgia
The Browns made a huge mistake by trading away Kevin Zeitler. Their offensive line really struggled as a consequence. They’ll need better guard play.

Solomon Kindley has some impressive movement skills for a large interior lineman.

  10. Jacksonville Jaguars: James Lynch, DE/DT, Baylor
The Jaguars traded Calais Campbell, so they’ll need a long-term solution to replace him on the defensive line.

Pick change; previously Isaiah Wilson, OT

  11. Chicago Bears: Josh Jones, OT, Houston
The Bears’ offensive line took a huge hit last year, which was the primary reason for their regression. They’ll need to address their blocking.

Josh Jones needs to get stronger for the NFL, but his length and athleticism will interest some teams.

Pick change; previously Jon Greenard, DE/OLB

  12. Indianapolis Colts: Tee Higgins, WR, Clemson
The Colts will need to add a receiver to go along with T.Y. Hilton and Parris Campbell.

Tee Higgins is a matchup nightmare receiver with his incredible size (6-4, 200), but didn’t run at the combine because he thought he would test poorly.

Pick change; previously Noah Igbinoghene, CB

  13. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jordan Love, QB, Utah State
It’s still hard to believe that Tom Brady is now a Buccaneer. This means Tampa Bay will need to find a quarterback to eventually take over for him in two years.

Jordan Love has a great physical skill set, but he has poor pocket awareness and field vision.

Pick change; previously Cam Akers, RB

  14. Denver Broncos: Robert Hunt, G, Louisiana-Lafayette
The Broncos signed Graham Glasgow to bolster the interior of their offensive line, but they still need one more upgrade in this area in the wake of the Ronald Leary departure.

Pick change; previously Trevon Diggs, CB

  15. Atlanta Falcons: Cole Kmet, TE, Notre Dame
The Falcons lost Austin Hooper to the Browns, so they’ll need to find a new tight end for Matt Ryan.

The Redskins need a tight end, especially in the wake of Vernon Davis’ retirement. Cole Kmet would be a nice weapon for Dwayne Haskins.

Pick change; previously Zack Baun, DE/OLB

  16. New York Jets: Brandon Aiyuk, WR, Arizona State
The Jets haven’t found any weapons for Sam Darnold yet, so they’ll need to focus on doing so during the draft.

Pick change; previously Tyler Biadasz, C

  17. Pittsburgh Steelers: Jon Greenard, DE/OLB, Florida
The Steelers could lose Bud Dupree to free agency soon. If so, they’ll be looking for another edge rusher.

Jon Greenard is a quick edge rusher who has a variety of moves.

Pick change; previously Bradley Anae, DE/OLB

  18. Chicago Bears: Chase Claypool, WR, Notre Dame
The Bears lost Taylor Gabriel this offseason, but they needed another receiver to go along with Allen Robinson and Anthony Miller anyway.

Pick change; previously Albert Okwuegbunam, TE

  19. Dallas Cowboys: Noah Igbinoghene, CB, Auburn
Here’s more help for the Dallas secondary, as the team will have a huge need for a cornerback if Byron Jones departs.

Noah Igbinoghene is a raw cornerback, as he’s transitioning from receiver. However, team sources told Charlie that Igbinoghene impressed them during the season, so perhaps he can jump into the first round.

Pick change; previously Cameron Dantzler, CB

  20. Los Angeles Rams: Tyler Biadasz, C, Wisconsin
The Rams traded for Jalen Ramsey, but he won’t fix their main problem, which is their poor offensive line. The blcking desperately needs to be upgraded.

Pick change; previously Jake Hanson, C

  21. Philadelphia Eagles: K.J. Hamler, WR, Penn State
The Eagles could very easily double up on receivers early in the 2020 NFL Draft, given their dire need at the position.

K.J. Hamler is an absolutely electric play-maker who caught 41 passes for Penn State as a freshman. He can go the distance whenever he gets his hands on the ball.

Pick change; previously Darnay Holmes, CB

  22. Buffalo Bills: Damon Arnette, CB, Ohio State
The Bills signed some offensive linemen last offseason, but some of them are just short-term solutions. Here’s a right tackle for the long haul.

Damon Arnette is a talented cornerback who would be a first-round prospect if it weren’t for character concerns.

Pick change; previously Josh Jones, OT

  23. Baltimore Ravens: Cam Akers, RB, Florida State
The Ravens have so many carries to go around, and not enough running backs to handle them, so I expect them to address the position early in the 2020 NFL Draft.

Pick change; previously Damon Arnette, CB

  24. Miami Dolphins: Jake Hanson, C, Oregon
The Dolphins must find as many upgrades on the offensive line as possible in order to protect either Tua Tagovailoa or Justin Herbert.

Pick change; previously Logan Stenberg, G

  25. Houston Texans: Gabriel Davis, WR, Central Florida
The Texans need to find a receiver to replace DeAndre Hopkins in the wake of Bill O’Brien’s latest genius trade.

Gabriel Davis has great size (6-3, 212) and has generated a buzz among the scouting community.

Pick change; previously Prince Tega Wanogho, OT

  26. Minnesota Vikings: Cameron Dantzler, CB, Mississippi State
The Vikings need to improve their cornerback group after losing a couple of players at the position this offseason.

Cameron Dantzler has great size (6-2, 195) and will be a first-round pick if he runs well in pre-draft workouts.

Pick change; previously Kenny Willekes, DE

  27. Seattle Seahawks: Netane Muti, G, Fresno State
Will the Seahawks finally strengthen their offensive line and give Russell Wilson the protection he deserves? It could happen here, as the 2020 NFL Draft class seems packed with talented blockers.

Pick change; previously Terrance Steele, OT

  28. Baltimore Ravens: Lynn Bowden, WR/KR, Kentucky
The Ravens hit a home run with Marquise Brown, but they need to add a second receiver to play across from the former Sooner.

Kentucky was such a mess this year that Lynn Bowden, a dynamic receiver, had to switch to quarterback this past season because of all the injuries at the position.

Pick change; previously Brandon Aiyuk, WR

  29. Tennessee Titans: Clyde Edwards-Helaire, RB, LSU
The Titans haven’t re-signed Derrick Henry to a long-term deal yet, but even when they do, they’ll need a running back to pair with him to replace Dion Lewis.

Clyde Edwards-Helaire is a tough runner who was also a receptions monster.

Pick change; previously Chase Claypool, WR

  30. Green Bay Packers: Raekwon Davis, DE/DT, Alabama
The 49ers trampled the Packers in the NFC Championship, so Green Bay needs to find players who can improve its woeful run defense.

Raekwon Davis had a dominant performance in the national championship win over Georgia to cap off his excellent 2017 season in which he logged 8.5 sacks.

Pick change; previously Jordyn Brooks, LB

  31. Kansas City Chiefs: Logan Stenberg, G, Kentucky
Andy Reid loves bolstering the trenches, and he currently has a big hole at left guard that he needs to fill.

Logan Stenberg looked good in the Senior Bowl to answer some questions about blocking speed rushers.

Pick change; previously Clyde Edwards-Helaire, RB

  32. Seattle Seahawks: Justin Madubuike, DT, Texas A&M
The Seahawks lost Quinton Jefferson to the Bills in free agency, so they’ll need to add some talent to their defensive interior.

Justin Madubuike was a disruptive force in the interior of the Aggies’ defensive line this past season, logging 11.5 TFLs and 5.5 sacks.

Pick change; previously Julian Okwara, DE/OLB
