  1. Oakland Raiders: Ty Montgomery, WR, Stanford
    The Raiders have a bunch of secondary and tertiary options at receiver, but they don’t have a primary target for Derek Carr or whomever their quarterback will be in 2015.

  2. Jacksonville Jaguars: Devin Funchess, TE, Michigan
    Marcedes Lewis has been a huge disappointment since signing his contract, so the Jaguars need an upgrade. Lewis, 31 right after the 2015 NFL Draft, will be due nearly $7 million in the final season of his contract, so Jacksonville may cut him next offseason.

  3. New York Giants: Mike Davis, RB, South Carolina
    Rashad Jennings has proven to be a mild disappointment thus far – especially to Tom Coughlin after he watched that late-game fumble – while Andre Williams is not an every-down back. The Giants may look for an upgrade in the backfield this offseason.

  4. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Tre Jackson, G, Florida State
    Despite trading for Logan Mankins, the Buccaneers have issues on the interior of their offensive line that need to be addressed, especially if they use their first-round pick on a quarterback.

  5. Kansas City Chiefs: Mario Edwards, DE/DT, Florida State
    The Chiefs lost Tyson Jackson this offseason. They seemingly replaced him with Vance Walker, but I’m not sure the former Raider is a good scheme fit.

  6. Pittsburgh Steelers: Marcus Peters, CB, Washington
    How much longer can the Steelers use Ike Taylor as a starting cornerback? He’s terrible.

  7. Tennessee Titans: Jordan Jenkins, DE/OLB, Georgia
    Was Tennessee’s defensive dominance in the opener a mirage, or was last week’s loss against the Cowboys a fluke? Regardless, the Titans need to find a pass-rushing upgrade because Kamerion Wimbley is not getting the job done.

  8. Dallas Cowboys: Michael Bennett, DT, Ohio State
    Another defensive line upgrade. The Cowboys’ horrific defense needs upgrades everywhere, including a couple up front.

  9. Washington Redskins: Cody Prewitt, S, Ole Miss
    The issues the Redskins have in their secondary are pretty well documented. They’re counting on Ryan Clark this year, which is bound to be disastrous because the former Steeler is way past his prime.

  10. New York Jets: Rashad Greene, WR, Florida State
    The Jets reached for a bunch of receivers in the 2014 NFL Draft. Perhaps they’ll take one this year who satisfies proper value.

  11. Miami Dolphins: Carl Davis, DT, Iowa
    Jared Odrick has played well thus far in 2014, so he could command a decent amount of money as an impending free agent this upcoming offseason. If he leaves, the Dolphins will be hurting at defensive tackle.

  12. Cleveland Browns: Nelson Agholor, WR, USC
    The Browns missed out on Amari Cooper in the first round, so they’ll have to settle for a lesser talent at the receiver position at this juncture.

  13. Buffalo Bills: Sean Mannion, QB, Oregon State
    The Bills can’t get a franchise quarterback in the first round, so perhaps they’ll obtain one here. They don’t really have any other choice. E.J. Manuel will be Buffalo’s downfall this year.

  14. Chicago Bears: Karl Joseph, S, West Virginia
    Chris Conte’s injury against the 49ers was a reminder that Chris Conte starts at safety for the Bears. Something must be done about this.

  15. Houston Texans: Brett Hundley, QB, UCLA
    We’ll see what happens with Ryan Mallett and Tom Savage, but it wouldn’t surprise me if they Texans used a day-two selection on a more promising quarterback.

  16. St. Louis Rams: A.J. Cann, G, South Carolina
    The Rams have interior offensive line problems – what else is new? – because Davin Joseph is struggling, even after beating out Greg Robinson for the starting job.

  17. Minnesota Vikings: Benardrick McKinney, LB, Mississippi State
    The Vikings have some issues in their linebacking corps. They need a third player to go along with Anthony Barr and Chad Greenway in the present, and they’ll need a replacement for Greenway (32 in January) in the long term.

  18. Atlanta Falcons: Nick O’Leary, TE, Florida State
    Think Matt Ryan missed having a reliable, intermediate target when he was constantly under siege in Cincinnati?

  19. Detroit Lions: Christian Covington, DT, Rice
    The Lions suddenly need to look at defensive tackles. Ndamukong Suh is entering his contract year, while Nick Fairley has issues with lethargy.

  20. Carolina Panthers: DeVante Parker, WR, Louisville
    The Panthers are concerned that Kevlin Benjamin will see tons of double teams this season because they have nothing else at receiver. That has to be fixed.



  21. Baltimore Ravens: Kevin White, WR, West Virginia
    Regardless of whether or not the Steve Smith signing pans out – we’ll see how long his body holds up as the season progresses – the Ravens know that they have to seriously upgrade the receiver position next spring.

  22. Indianapolis Colts: Jordan Richards, S, Stanford
    Here’s more secondary help for the Colts, who need to upgrade this area if they want to compete with the Broncos and Patriots.

  23. Philadelphia Eagles: Jake Fisher, OT, Oregon
    Another Oregon player for Chip Kelly. This one can upgrade Todd Herremans at right guard and then move to tackle once Jason Peters retires.

  24. Arizona Cardinals: Josue Matias, G, Florida State
    Jonathan Cooper has been a mega bust thus far. If he continues to disappoint, the Cardinals may bring in someone to challenge him.

  25. Cincinnati Bengals: KeiVarae Russell, CB, Notre Dame
    Terence Newman and Pacman Jones have done well in Cincinnati, but neither will be around for much longer. Here’s a long-term replacement.

  26. San Diego Chargers: Laken Tomlinson, G, Duke
    Everyone knows about Nick Hardwick’s injury, but the rest of San Diego’s interior line isn’t blocking very well.

  27. Green Bay Packers: Sean Hickey, OT, Syracuse
    Bryan Bulaga, who suffered yet another injury, will be hitting free agency next spring, so the Packers may look into taking a tackle if Derek Sherrod doesn’t show signs of improvement.

  28. New Orleans Saints: Lorenzo Mauldin, DE/OLB, Louisville
    The Saints got rid of Victor Butler, so they definitely need to work on finding an upgrade across from Junior Galette. Anyone who can tackle would fit in well.

  29. New England Patriots: Karlos Williams, RB, Florida State
    Bill Belichick tried to replace Stevan Ridley with James White this offseason, but that didn’t pan out. I’m sure Belichick would love to find a more reliable early-down runner.

  30. San Francisco 49ers: Arik Armstead, DE/DT, Oregon
    Both Justin Smith and the troubled Ray McDonald will be entering their contract years in 2015. Here’s someone who could start on the defensive line in the future.

  31. Denver Broncos: Derron Smith, S, Fresno State
    Rahim Moore is an impending free agent in March, so here’s a potential replacement for him.

  32. Seattle Seahawks: Owamagbe Odighizuwa, DE, UCLA
    The Seahawks might have the defensive end position at the top of their needs list entering the 2015 offseason. Chris Clemons is gone, while Cliff Avril will be an impending free agent.
