  1. Arizona Cardinals: Garrett Bradbury, C/G, N.C. State
The Cardinals must add to their pass protection. Josh Rosen was horrible last year, but he also had no help from his anemic offensive line. Arizona must make sure that Kyler Murray has better blocking.

Garrett Bradberry is an athletic interior lineman who used to be a former tight end.

  2. Indianapolis Colts: Parris Campbell, WR, Ohio State
The Colts had 19 drops in a span of three games when T.Y. Hilton was out of the lineup. They really need a second option at receiver.

Parris Campbell has big-play ability, but didn’t live up to it statistically in the past because of some poor passing. That changed late in 2018, as Campbell dominated Michigan in the regular-season finale. There’s a decent chance he’s the third receiver drafted.

  3. Oakland Raiders: Damien Harris, RB, Alabama
The Raiders don’t have much of a running game, so I imagine that they’ll want to change that with one of their first four picks.

Damien Harris is a well-rounded running back. One source Charlie Campbell spoke to said Harris reminds him of Doug Martin.

  4. San Francisco 49ers: Taylor Rapp, S, Washington
The 49ers have an atrocious secondary that they desperately need to address, given that they have to go up against Russell Wilson and Jared Goff twice per year.

Teams Charlie Campbell spoke to consider Taylor Rapp a candidate to sneak into the end of the first round. He’s expected to be the second safety chosen after Johnathan Abram.

Pick change; previously Byron Murphy, CB

  5. New York Jets: Devin Singletary, RB, Florida Atlantic
This is actually the Giants’ pick, but the Jets acquired it via the trade I proposed in the first round.

The Jets don’t have anything at running back. They may sign Tevin Coleman, but they’ll still need to address the position.

Devin Singletary doesn’t have great long speed, but he possesses terrific patience and can break through plenty of tackles.

  6. Jacksonville Jaguars: Deebo Samuel, WR, South Carolina
The Jaguars need to give Nick Foles a viable No. 1 receiving threat, as they are very lacking at the position.

Deebo Samuel has been enjoying a tremendous pre-draft process, thriving in both the Senior Bowl and the combine.

  7. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Benny Snell Jr., RB, Kentucky
The Buccaneers didn’t have any sort of running game last year. They’ll need to change that in order for Jameis Winston to avoid throwing lots of interceptions.

Benny Snell Jr. is a tough runner who could sneak into the first round, but will probably be chosen in the 35-50 range.

  8. Buffalo Bills: Marquise Brown, WR, Oklahoma
Kelvin Benjamin is finally gone, so the Bills need to focus on finding a No. 1 receiver for Josh Allen.

Marquise Brown is a small receiver (5-11, 162), but he can bolt for the end zone any time he gets his hands on the ball.

  9. Denver Broncos: Zach Allen, DE/DT, Boston College
The Broncos could stand to address their defensive line, as they have off-the-field and injury concerns in that area.

Zach Allen needs to develop more pass-rushing moves, but he has a nice combination of size and strength, and he happens to be a stout run defender and a quality pass-rusher.

  10. Cincinnati Bengals: Noah Fant, TE, Iowa
The Bengals need a new tight end, as Tyler Eifert can’t be counted on to remain healty.

Noah Fant is an athletic marvel, proving so at the combine. He needs to improve his blocking, but his receiving ability could allow him to be a first-round pick. However, some off-the-field concerns could push him into Day 2.

  11. Detroit Lions: Amani Oruwariye, CB, Penn State
The Lions have just two viable cornerbacks in Darius Slay and the newly acquired Justin Coleman. This is a major problem, given that they have to go up against Aaron Rodgers and now Kirk Cousins twice per year.

Amani Oruwariye is a big cornerback (6-1, 203) who possesses some quickness. Long speed is a question mark.

  12. Green Bay Packers: Irv Smith Jr., TE, Alabama
Jimmy Graham was a bust signing. The Packers will be looking for better production out of their tight ends in 2019, so they could use a second-day pick on an upgrade.

Irv Smith Jr. is a dangerous threat after the catch, and he has good route-running skills and nice hands.

  13. Atlanta Falcons: Elgton Jenkins, C/G, Mississippi State
The Falcons desperately need offensive line help. They’re hurting the most at guard, and they’ll need a center for the future after Alex Mack moves on. Here’s a prospect who can play both positions.

Excellent as both a run blocker and a pass protector, Elgton Jenkins has the athleticism and talent to be chosen on Day 2.

  14. Washington Redskins: N’Keal Harry, WR, Arizona State
The Redskins should pair their rookie quarterback with a new starting receiver, which is something they desperately need.

A 6-3 wide receiver with good speed, N’Keal Harry has the potential to become a first-round prospect, especially after a strong combine.

  15. Carolina Panthers: Rock Ya-Sin, CB, Temple
The Panthers have nothing at cornerback outside of Donte Jackson. They’ll need to spend an early selection on a corner unless they sign one in free agency.

Rock Ya-Sin has been an underrated play-making cornerback for Temple as a senior.

  16. Miami Dolphins: Jachai Polite, DE/OLB, Florida
The Dolphins are looking closely at edge rushers, as they’ll be releasing Robert Quinn shortly and will need to replace Cameron Wake in the near future.

Jachai Polite was once slotted in the first round, but has fallen because he looked sluggish and out of shape at the combine.

  17. Cleveland Browns: Jamel Dean, CB, Auburn
The Browns hit a home run with Denzel Ward last year. They’ll need to find a solid starter to play across from him.

Jamel Dean has great size (6-2, 208) and tremendous potential.

  18. Minnesota Vikings: Germaine Pratt, LB, N.C. State
The Vikings have some great defensive players, but they have a major weakness, which is their inability to cover in space. Their linebacking corps needs an injection of talent, especially with Anthony Barr gone.

Germaine Pratt has good vision for a linebacker and can defend the run well. He’s a former safety.

  19. Tennessee Titans: Jerry Tillery, DE/DT, Notre Dame
The Titans should look into bolstering their defensive line, which struggled to apply pressure on the quarterback last year.

Jerry Tillery had a great start to his season on the field. However, he has off-the-field concerns that could hurt his draft stock.

  20. Pittsburgh Steelers: D’Andre Walker, LB, Georgia
The Steelers could continue to strengthen their linebacking corps, as they’ll need to find a new starter across from T.J. Watt soon.

D’Andre Walker is a good run defender who is decent in coverage. He was all over the place in the SEC Championship.

  21. Philadelphia Eagles: Justice Hill, RB, Oklahoma State
The Eagles were going to consider Sony Michel last April before the Patriots took him one pick earlier. With Jay Ajayi hitting free agency, Philadelphia will likely target a running back on Day 2.

Scouts like Justice Hill’s speed and acceleration to the second level.

  22. Houston Texans: Julian Love, CB, Notre Dame
Outside of the offensive line, cornerback is the weakest group on the Houston roster. That’ll need to be addressed this offseason.

Julian Love is only 5-10, but he has great instincts and ball skills.

  23. Houston Texans: Erik McCoy, C/G, Texas A&M
The Texans shouldn’t be done upgrading their offensive line, as they’ll have to bolster their interior as well.

Erik McCoy is an athletic center who is having a great year. He should be selected at some point on Day 2.

  24. New England Patriots: Mack Wilson, LB, Alabama
The Patriots have been looking for linebacker help next to Dont’a Hightower ever since they traded away Jamie Collins.

Mack Wilson has good coverage skills, so he’ll generate interest from teams on Day 2.

  25. Philadelphia Eagles: Vosean Joseph, LB, Florida
Jordan Hicks is the primary free agent the Eagles must re-sign this offseason. Even if they retain him, they’ll need one more linebacker, as they never replaced Mychal Kendricks.

Vosean Joseph is a very instinctive and fast linebacker.

  26. Dallas Cowboys: Juan Thornhill, S, Virginia
The Cowboys have a great defense, but their secondary is a weakness outside of Byron Jones. They’ve been trying to trade for Earl Thomas, so if they can’t get a deal done, here’s the safety upgrade they need.

Juan Thornhill is a sound tackler and covers very well.

  27. Indianapolis Colts: Chauncey Gardner-Johnson, S, Florida
There was talk about the Colts potentially landing Landon Collins to fill a safety need next to Malik Hooker. This is an alternative because they didn’t obtain Collins.

Chauncey Garnder-Johnson played nickel for the Gators last year, but has taken on a larger role. He’s a great athlete and possesses terrific upside as a dynamic safety.

  28. Los Angeles Chargers: Ryan Finley, QB, N.C. State
There was talk last April that the Chargers would use a second-round pick on a quarterback to ultimately succeed Philip Rivers. Perhaps those reports were off by a year.

Ryan Finley had a solid performance at the Senior Bowl. He projects as an Alex Smith-type quarterback with slightly less mobility.

  29. Kansas City Chiefs: Nasir Adderley, S, Delaware
The Chiefs acquired Tyrann Mathieu, but it sounds like they could cut Eric Berry in response. If so, they’ll need another new safety.

Charlie Campbell highlighted Nasir Adderley in a recent draft stock report. It seems as though Adderley could be chosen in the second round.

  30. New Orleans Saints: Kelvin Harmon, WR, N.C. State
The Saints signed Dez Bryant and Brandon Marshall, hoping to find an upgrade across from Michael Thomas. Here’s a possible solution.

Kelvin Harmon is a good route-runner who has made some clutch catches. He could be a No. 2 possession receiver in the pros.

  31. Kansas City Chiefs: Chase Winovich, DE/OLB, Michigan
The Chiefs cut Justin Houston, so they’ll need someone new to play across from Dee Ford.

Chase Winovich has incredible speed off the edge and never quits. He dominated Notre Dame in the 2018 opener.

  32. New England Patriots: Clayton Thorson, QB, Northwestern
The Patriots have traded all of their potential successors for Tom Brady, so they’ll need to find a new one.

Clayton Thorson is an underrated prospect because of his dreadful supporting cast. He has plus mechanics, and he can make any pass, fitting throws into tight windows. He has a nice arm, and he’s also smart and athletic. He could be a second-round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.
