San Francisco 49ers: Chris Lindstrom, G, Boston College
The 49ers are having major issues in the interior of their offensive line this season, so this is an area they’ll have to bolster next spring.

Chris Lindstrom is solid in all aspects and has more athleticism than meets the eye.

New York Giants: Jawaan Taylor, OT, Florida
The Giants are desperate for blocking upgrades, so if they select a quarterback in the first round, they must absolutely bolster their pass protection.

Jawaan Taylor has some great feet for his size (6-5, 340) and could emerge as a first-round right tackle.
Oakland Raiders: Parris Campbell, WR, Ohio State
The Raiders dealt Amari Cooper in a tremendous trade for them, but they’ll need to replace Cooper at some point.

Parris Campbell has big-play ability, but didn’t live up to it statistically in the past because of some poor passing.

Arizona Cardinals: Jonah Williams, OT, Alabama
The Cardinals need to protect Josh Rosen, so they should strongly consider an offensive lineman to start Round 2. Right tackle is perhaps the biggest hole up front.

Jonah Williams had a great freshman year as Alabama’s right tackle. He’s now manning the blind side with Cam Robinson gone.
Buffalo Bills: Kelvin Harmon, WR, N.C. State
In addition to upgrading their offensive line, the Bills must obtain some play-makers for Josh Allen, as he doesn’t possess any aside from LeSean McCoy.

Kelvin Harmon is a good route-runner who has made some clutch catches. He could be a No. 2 possession receiver in the pros.

Cleveland Browns: Collin Johnson, WR, Texas
It was apparent in the loss to the Chargers that Baker Mayfield has no wide receivers to throw to besides Jarvis Landry. That must change starting next offseason.

Collin Johnson has great upside and athleticism for someone with his frame (6-6, 212), but caught only 28 passes as a freshman. He’s taken a big step this season.

Indianapolis Colts: Bryce Love, RB, Stanford
The Colts have a bunch of sub-par running backs who share carries, though Marlon Mack has looked great the past two weeks. Here’s their chance to secure a true lead back if Mack proves to be inconsistent.

Bryce Love has a great mix of balance, underrated strength, vision and home-run ability.

Jacksonville Jaguars: Drew Lock, QB, Missouri
As promised, the Jaguars were able to obtain a quarterback in the second round. There are no first-round-caliber signal-callers outside of Justin Herbert in this class, but there are plenty of second-round options at the position.

Drew Lock has a great arm and can make any throw, but he really needs to work on his field vision and accuracy. He should probably be taken in the second round, but we’ve seen teams reach for quarterbacks over the years.
Denver Broncos: Julian Love, CB, Notre Dame
The Broncos never properly replaced Aqib Talib, so it’s not a surprise that their secondary has disappointed this year. Here’s an upgrade at cornerback.

Julian Love is only 5-10, but he has great instincts and ball skills.

Indianapolis Colts: Deebo Samuel, WR, South Carolina
The Colts have dropped 19 total passes in the three games prior to T.Y. Hilton’s return from injury, so it’s clearer than ever that they need another talented receiver to go along with Hilton.

Deebo Samuel barely played last year because of a fractured fibula, but he’s a second-round prospect who could sneak into the opening frame with a strong finish to his 2018 campaign.
Dallas Cowboys: Chauncey Gardner-Johnson, S, Florida
The Cowboys have a great defense, but their secondary is a weakness outside of Byron Jones. They’ve been trying to trade for Earl Thomas, so if they can’t get a deal done, here’s the safety upgrade they need.

Chauncey Garnder-Johnson played nickel for the Gators last year, but has taken on a larger role. He’s a great athlete and possesses terrific upside as a dynamic safety.

Detroit Lions: Chase Winovich, DE/OLB, Michigan
The Lions don’t really have much of an edge threat outside of Ziggy Ansah, who barely plays. They’ll need to upgrade this area during the 2019 offseason.

Chase Winovich has incredible speed off the edge. He dominated Notre Dame in the 2018 opener.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Johnathan Abram, S, Mississippi State
Buccaneer fans aren’t too pleased that their front office passed on Derwin James in the 2018 NFL Draft, and rightfully so. Here’s another opportunity to obtain an upgrade at safety.

Johnathan Abram needs to improve in coverage, but he’s a forceful, physical run defender.

Atlanta Falcons: Brian Burns, DE/OLB, Florida State
Here’s more help for Atlanta’s front. Vic Beasley has been a huge disappointment recently, so if he doesn’t improve, there might be consideration to replace him.

Brian Burns needs to bulk up quite a bit, as he played at 220 pounds as a freshman, but he has a long frame, so he has the potential to fill out. He had 9.5 sacks as a freshman.
Tennessee Titans: N’Keal Harry, WR, Arizona State
The Titans could stand to add a second receiver to play across from the disappointing Corey Davis, as Marcus Mariota’s options are limited.

A 6-3 wide receiver with good speed, N’Keal Harry has the potential to become a first-round prospect.

Philadelphia Eagles: Damien Harris, RB, Alabama
The Eagles wanted Sony Michel, but the Patriots stole him from them. Here’s another running back to replace or complement Jay Ajayi, who has torn his ACL.

Damien Harris is a well-rounded running back. One source Charlie Campbell spoke to said Harris reminds him of Doug Martin.

Philadelphia Eagles: Tyrie Cleveland, WR, Florida
The Eagles have a severe lack of depth at receiver, so they may want to take a player at that position with one of their two second-round selections if they don’t retain Golden Tate this offseason.

Tyrie Cleveland has been an explosive player for the Gators this year, and he projects as a possible first-round selection in the future.
Miami Dolphins: Elgton Jenkins, C, Mississippi State
The Dolphins couldn’t block whatsoever against the Patriots. They’ll need to repair multiple spots on their offensive line, including center.

Elgton Jenkins has impressed scouts with his athleticism.
Green Bay Packers: Jalen Jelks, DE, Oregon
Make it three front-seven players in the first two rounds. The Packers desperately need to improve their defense after watching C.J. Beathard throw all over them.

Jalen Jelks will need to add some weight if he wants to play in a 4-3, but he has the potential to be versatile enough to fit any scheme.

Minnesota Vikings: Joe Jackson, DE, Miami
I wonder if the Vikings will pursue an edge rusher during the second day of the draft, just in case Everson Griffen’s career is cut short by his mental issues.

Joe Jackson has enjoyed a strong 2017 campaign for Miami, using his speed off the edge to put lots of pressure on opposing passers.

New England Patriots: Clayton Thorson, QB, Northwestern
The Patriots have traded all of their potential successors for Tom Brady, so they’ll need to find a new one.

Clayton Thorson is an underrated prospect because of his dreadful supporting cast. He has plus mechanics, and he can make any pass, fitting throws into tight windows. He has a nice arm, and he’s also smart and athletic. He could be a second-round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.

Houston Texans: Trayveon Williams, RB, Texas A&M
The Texans’ coaching staff doesn’t trust Lamar Miller to stay healthy, so they may select someone to complement D’Onta Foreman.

Trayveon Williams needs to continue to build strength, but he has explosive ability. He can also catch passes fairly well (19 receptions as a freshman.)

Cincinnati Bengals: Dalton Risner, OT, Kansas State
The Bengals made some upgrades to their offensive line, but their blocking still isn’t very good. More blockers are needed to bolster their front.

Dalton Risner had problems with speed rushers on the edge, but has improved his play in 2018.

Houston Texans: Andre Dillard, OT, Washington State
Here’s another much-needed upgrade for the Texans’ offensive line, as they really need to do a better job of protecting Deshaun Watson.

Pittsburgh Steelers: Damon Arnette, CB, Ohio State
Given the constant breakdowns the Steelers have in the secondary, it wouldn’t surprise me if they used a second-day pick on a cornerback.

Damon Arnette struggled early in 2017, but improved as the season progressed. He has nice size (6-0) and speed (4.40), and could end up being a first-round pick.
Los Angeles Chargers: Germaine Pratt, LB, N.C. State
It sounded like the Chargers were going to take Leighton Vander Esch had Derwin James not fallen to them in the 2018 NFL Draft. Here’s the help at linebacker they were looking for.

Germaine Pratt has good vision for a linebacker and can defend the run well. He’s a former safety.

Pick change; previously Ryan Finley, QB
Carolina Panthers: Michael Deiter, C, Wisconsin
Ryan Kalil said he’s going to retire after this season, so here’s a replacement for him.

Michael Deiter has started at center and guard for Wisconsin. He’s currently the favorite to be the first center chosen in the 2019 NFL Draft.
Washington Redskins: Ryan Finley, QB, N.C. State
The Redskins traded for Alex Smith, but have no quarterback of the future. Perhaps this is something they’ll address early in the 2019 NFL Draft.

Pick change; previously Will Grier, QB
New England Patriots: Gerald Willis, DT, Miami
It’s evident that the Patriots need upgrades all over their defense after blowing a 24-9 lead against Kansas City. They lack an interior pass rush, so that’s something they can focus on improving next offseason.

Gerald Willis is having a great senior season. He’s had off-the-field issues, so hopefully those are behind him. He’s the younger brother of Landon Collins.

Pick change; previously Noah Fant, TE

New Orleans Saints: Noah Fant, TE, Iowa
The Saints could use an upgrade at tight end, as they’ve never found a replacement for Jimmy Graham.

Noah Fant is an athletic marvel, notching a 41-inch vertical in spring testing. He needs to improve his blocking, but his receiving ability should allow him to be a first- or second-round pick.

Pick change; previously Caleb Wilson, TE
Kansas City Chiefs: Vosean Joseph, LB, Florida
The Chiefs need to continue to upgrade their stop unit, and they deseprately need to bolster the middle of their defense.

Vosean Joseph is a very instinctive and fast linebacker.
Kansas City Chiefs: Ken Webster, CB, Ole Miss
The Chiefs could stand to double up on cornerbacks with two of their three picks in the first couple of rounds. They’re really hurting at the position, so this is something they should definitely consider.
