  1. San Francisco 49ers: Michael Jordan, G/C, Ohio State
The 49ers must add multiple upgrades to the interior of their offensive line, which really struggled to protect Jimmy Garoppolo when he was healthy.

Michael Jordan can play both center and guard, so his versatility will make him appealing on Draft Day.

  2. Oakland Raiders: Carl Granderson, DE, Wyoming
The Raiders would be foolish to walk away from the 2019 offseason without adding multiple upgrades on the edge.

Carl Granderson has impressed scouts, and they believe he has great potential because of his frame.

  3. Buffalo Bills: Justice Hill, RB, Oklahoma State
There’s no telling what’ll happen with LeSean McCoy legally. McCoy’s age is also becoming a factor, as he’ll turn 31 in July.

Scouts like Justice Hill’s speed and acceleration to the second level.

  4. Arizona Cardinals: Kendall Sheffield, CB, Ohio State
The Cardinals have needed a strong No. 2 cornerback across from Patrick Peterson for several years. Perhaps they’ll finally find one this upcoming offseason.

Kendall Sheffield is a talented cornerback, but needs to add more weight to his frame (5-11. 187).

Pick change; previously Julian Love, CB

  5. Cleveland Browns: Cameron Smith, LB, USC
The Browns need better linebacker play to complement Joe Schobert. They seemed to have that leading up to the season before Mychal Kendricks was popped for insider trading.

Pick change; previously Julian Love, CB

  6. Jacksonville Jaguars: Marcus Norman, OT, South Florida
Blocking is a problem right now for Jacksonville, so the front office will need to strengthen its offensive line for its new quarterback.

Marcus Norman is having a great 2018 season, as scouts have been impressed with his length and athleticism.

Pick change; previously Yodney Cajuste, OT

  7. Denver Broncos: Emmanuel Hall, WR, Missouri
Demaryius Thomas was just traded, and Emmanuel Sanders may not be too far behind him. The Broncos will need another receiver to complement Courtland Sutton.

Emmanuel Hall is a 6-1 receiver with tremendous speed. His hands and motivation are an issue, but he has first-round talent.

  8. Indianapolis Colts: Marlon Davidson, DE, Auburn
The Colts added dynamic interior defender to the roster earlier. However, they still will need one more upgrade on the defensive line.

Marlon Davidson wasn’t a huge contributor for Auburn as a freshman, but he thrived this previous season.

  9. New York Jets: Bennie Snell Jr., RB, Kentucky
Isaiah Crowell and Bilal Powell aren’t long-term answers at running back, so the Jets may want to give Sam Darnold another weapon in the backfield.

Bennie Snell Jr. averaged nearly six yards per carry in 2016, and now he’s the feature back with Boom Williams gone. He’s a tough runner who could sneak into the first round.

  10. New England Patriots: Lil’Jordan Humphrey, WR, Texas
The Patriots are sorely lacking offensive play-makers, even in the wake of the Josh Gordon trade. They’ll need to fix that next offseason.

Lil’Jordan Humphrey is a big, fast receiver who would be slotted higher in this mock draft if he didn’t have multiple off-the-field issues.

  11. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Austin Bryant, DE, Clemson
Jason Pierre-Paul and Vinny Curry were signed this offseason, but neither is a long-term solution for the Buccaneers. Some youth at defensive end is needed.

Austin Bryant played his way into first-round consideration last year, and he has a chance to improve his stock even further with a strong 2018 campaign.

  12. Atlanta Falcons: Isaiah Buggs, NT, Alabama
Here’s yet another defensive lineman for the Falcons, who could stand to double up on interior players.

Isaiah Buggs has been a big-time run-stuffing nose tackle for Alabama since joining the team from the JUCO ranks.

  13. Tennessee Titans: Connor McGovern, G, Penn State
The Titans have two stellar tackles, but they could stand to beef up the interior of their offensive line so Marcus Mariota isn’t sacked 11 times in a game again.

Connor McGovern projects as one of the better guards in the 2019 NFL Draft. He’s been great for Penn State, paving the way for Saquon Barkley last year.

  14. Dallas Cowboys: Caleb Wilson, TE, UCLA
The Cowboys miss Jason Witten. They need to find a viable replacement for him to help Dak Prescott.

Serving as Josh Rosen’s favorite target, Caleb Wilson is a talented route-runner who was very productive last season. He needs to improve his blocking.

Pick change; previously Gerald Willis, DT

  15. Baltimore Ravens: Juwan Johnson, WR, Penn State
The Ravens improved their receiving corps this year, but Michael Crabtree is just a temporary solution.

  16. Miami Dolphins: L.J. Scott, RB, Michigan State
The Dolphins don’t seem to trust Kenyan Drake, so they may want to spend an early pick on a running back.

L.J. Scott is a power back with underrated speed.

  17. Detroit Lions: Devin Bush, LB, Michigan
The Lions can use the pick they acquired from the Eagles in the Golden Tate trade to bolster their linebacking corps, which is an absolute mess.

Pick change; previously Kendall Sheffield, CB (PHI)

  18. Green Bay Packers: Derwin Gray, G/OT, Maryland
The Packers could stand to improve their interior protection in an attempt to keep Aaron Rodgers healthy for once.

Derwin Gray has played left tackle at Maryland, but NFL scouts believe he’ll have to move to guard.

  19. Minnesota Vikings: Bobby Evans, OT, Oklahoma
The Bills were able to establish a quick 17-0 lead because of two Kirk Cousins strip-sacks. It’s clear that Minnesota needs to improve its pass protection.

Bobby Evans has the athleticism and quickness to play left tackle in the NFL.

  20. Chicago Bears: Kaleb McGary, OT, Washington
This is Chicago’s first pick of the 2019 NFL Draft, so they better make it count! Right tackle Bobby Massie is heading for free agency next March, so a replacement will be needed.

Kaleb McGary’s run blocking is ahead of his pass protection.

  21. Seattle Seahawks: Isaiah Prince, OT, Ohio State
The Seahawks would be insane to walk away from the first two days of the 2019 NFL Draft without improving their offensive line. Two upgrades could definitely be possible.

Isaiah Prince has done well at right tackle thus far. He’s dealt with injuries, but could be a second-round pick.

Pick change; previously David Edwards, OT

  22. Houston Texans: Oshane Ximines, DE/OLB, Old Dominion
We saw last year that the Texans have very little depth at edge rusher, so this is something they’ll need to address.

Oshane Ximines has been a very productive edge rusher for Old Dominion. Level of competition is an issue, but he can dispel that with a strong showing in the pre-draft all-star games.

  23. Cincinnati Bengals: Anfernee Jennings, LB, Alabama
The Bengals have had issues defending the middle of the field whenever Vontaze Burfict or Nick Vigil have been missing. They may want to add another linebacker.

Anfernee Jennings is having a disappointing season, leaving scouts wondering if he’s playing through an injury.

Pick change; previously Devin Bush, LB

  24. Pittsburgh Steelers: Beau Benzschawel, G, Wisconsin
Ramon Foster will be a 33-year-old free agent this spring, so the Steelers will have to think about finding a replacement.

Beau Benzschawel was told to return to school by draft advisory committee, but he has a chance to sneak into second round with a strong senior campaign.

  25. Carolina Panthers: Blace Brown, CB, Troy
The Panthers have endured issues in their secondary ever since Josh Norman was let go. They’ll need to obtain some upgrades at cornerback.

Pick change; previously Taylor Rapp, S

  26. Washington Redskins: Erik McCoy, C, Texas A&M
The Redskins have great tackles, but they need to upgrade the interior, including center.

Erik McCoy needs to get stronger, but he’s athletic and should fit in well into a zone-blocking scheme.

  27. Los Angeles Chargers: Ryan Finley, QB, N.C. State
There was a report saying the Chargers would take their quarterback of the future on the second day of the 2018 NFL Draft. Maybe they were just off by a year.

Pick change; previously Anfernee Jennings, LB

  28. Cleveland Browns: Jaylon Ferguson, DE, Louisiana Tech
The Browns should continue to bolster their defensive line, as having as many talented pass rushers as possible will be useful in the AFC North.

  29. New York Jets: Bryan Edwards, WR, South Carolina
The Jets have a severe lack of receiving talent on their roster, so they should find a new receiver early in the 2019 NFL Draft.

Pick change; previously Blace Brown, CB

  30. Kansas City Chiefs: Taylor Rapp, S, Washington
The Chiefs tried to trade for Earl Thomas, but couldn’t get the deal done before he got hurt. Here’s a new safety if they can’t sign Thomas next offseason.

Taylor Rapp was part of Washington’s terrific secondary last year, recording four interceptions as a mere freshman.

Pick change; previously Devin Studstill, S

  31. Jacksonville Jaguars: Devin Studstill, S, Notre Dame
Barry Church was one of the Jaguars who was detained for not paying a $46,000 bar tab. I wonder if Jacksonville will move on from him as a result.

Pick change; previously T.J. Edwards, LB (LAR)
