  1. New York Jets: Equanimeous St. Brown, WR, Notre Dame
Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker are gone. Robby Anderson has gotten into trouble with the law. The Jets need help at receiver. The Jets can’t move forward with Quincy Enunwa as their No. 1 receiver.

  2. Los Angeles Rams: Antonio Callaway, WR, Florida
It was odd that the Rams traded down when Zay Jones fell into their laps. Jones would’ve been perfect for them. Here’s another second-round receiver who can help.

  3. San Francisco 49ers: Martez Ivey, G, Florida
John Lynch did a good job in his first draft as the 49ers’ general manager. However, he had so many needs to address that everything couldn’t be fixed, so bolstering the offensive line slipped through the cracks.

  4. Chicago Bears: Kevin Toliver, CB, LSU
The Bears came away with the worst prospective 2017 NFL Draft class. One of the many things they did wrong was fail to address their poor secondary.

  5. Jacksonville Jaguars: Maea Teuhema, G, LSU
I can’t imagine Tom Coughlin not spending more resources on his offensive line, especially if he drafts a quarterback in the first round. Branden Albert’s unexpected retirement only makes the need more glaring.

  6. Cleveland Browns: Dre’Mont Jones, DT, Ohio State
The Browns need to find some interior pass-rush help, especially if Desmond Bryant departs as a free agent next spring.

  7. Buffalo Bills: Martinas Rankin, OT, Mississippi State
It was shocking to me that the Bills didn’t address their woeful right tackle situation this offseason; Dion Dawkins was drafted, but he’s more of a guard. That’s something they’ll have to do next spring.

  8. Cincinnati Bengals: Jaire Alexander, CB, Louisville
The Bengals didn’t pick up a cornerback in the draft, which was interesting because Darqueze Dennard is an impending free agent, and Pacman Jones’ age is a concern.

  9. Indianapolis Colts: Jerome Baker, LB, Ohio State
The Colts did little to help their very weak inside linebacker group, which struggled to defend tight ends and pass-catching running backs last year.

Jerome Baker was second on Ohio State in tackles last year, taking advantage of the injury to Dante Booker. Baker has a great combination of speed and athleticism.

Pick change; previously Micah Kiser, ILB

  10. Baltimore Ravens: Derrius Guice, RB, LSU
Derrius Guice would be a solid fit for the Ravens, who need a running back. Guice hasn’t seen as much action as he deserves because he played behind Leonard Fournette. However, he’s very talented and would’ve started for almost every other team in the country.

  11. New York Giants: Royce Freeman, RB, Oregon
The Giants could acquire a new running back if Paul Perkins doesn’t prove to be a capable every-down runner.

  12. Miami Dolphins: Jordan Thomas, CB, Oklahoma
The Dolphins will need a cornerback if either Xavien Howard or Cordrea Tankersley doesn’t pan out, and the 2018 class is pretty rich at the position.

  13. Denver Broncos: Micah Kiser, ILB, Virginia
The Broncos had two huge needs entering the offseason. One was their offensive line, which was addressed, but not nearly enough. The second was the inside linebacker group, which wasn’t touched. Denver liked Haason Reddick, but he was chosen seven spots earlier than its selection. The Broncos can finally obtain the answer with this choice.

Pick change; previously Akrum Wadley, RB

  14. Carolina Panthers: Mitch Hyatt, OT, Clemson
The Panthers have been weak at tackle for several years now, so they need to make sure they can shore up the position sometime soon.

  15. Los Angeles Chargers: Armani Watts, S, Texas A&M
It was surprising to see the Chargers pass on Malik Hooker after he fell into their laps. An early safety could be in play in the 2018 NFL Draft.

  16. Detroit Lions: Josh Sweat, DE/OLB, Florida State
It was surprising that the Lions passed on some potent edge rushers to add a bookend across from Ziggy Ansah. They could do this early in the 2018 NFL Draft.

Pick change; previously Duke Ejiofor, DE

  17. Washington Redskins: Parris Campbell, WR, Ohio State
The Redskins didn’t draft a receiver until late, so they may decide to target a replacement for Pierre Garcon or DeSean Jackson earlier in the 2018 NFL Draft.

Parris Campbell has yet to do much at Ohio State, but league contacts have told Charlie Campbell that they expect the Ohio State wideout to have a breakout 2017 campaign.

  18. San Francisco 49ers: Marcell Frazier, DE/OLB, Missouri
Solomon Thomas appears to be a great pick, but the 49ers aren’t done addressing their weak pass rush.

  19. Minnesota Vikings: Nick Fitzgerald, QB, Mississippi State
There’s a chance Teddy Bridgewater won’t be able to play again, so the Vikings could be in the market for a young quarterback to eventually supplant the mediocre Sam Bradford.

  20. Arizona Cardinals: Dante Pettis, WR, Washington
The Cardinals drafted Chad Williams, but they need another receiver with Michael Floyd gone, John Brown hitting free agency next spring, and Larry Fitzgerald nearing retirement.

  21. Cleveland Browns: Nick Chubb, RB, Georgia
I had the Browns selecting Saquon Barkley in a previous update. This is another running back option, as Isaiah Crowell will be a free agent next spring.

  22. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Ronald Jones, RB, USC
The Buccaneers are taking a chance on Doug Martin reverting back to 2015 form. We’ll see if that happens. If not, they’ll be looking for a running back early in the 2018 NFL Draft.

  23. Seattle Seahawks: Timon Parris, OT, Stony Brook
The Seahawks, like the Giants, have to finally address their horrid offensive line at some point. Tackle help is desperately needed.

  24. Kansas City Chiefs: Kendall Joseph, LB, Clemson
The Chiefs will be on the lookout for Derrick Johnson’s possible replacement in one of the next couple of offseasons. This could be it.

  25. Dallas Cowboys: Dontavius Russell, DT, Auburn
The Cowboys had a need at defensive tackle, but didn’t address it until late in the 2017 NFL Draft. Here’s a chance for them to make amends for that.

  26. Tennessee Titans: Porter Gustin, DE/OLB, USC
Brian Orakpo won’t be around much longer, so the Titans will have to find a successor for him in one of the next couple of offseasons.

  27. Green Bay Packers: Brian Allen, C, Michigan State
The Packers lost one center this offseason, and they could end up seeing the other depart, as Corey Linsley is a free agent next spring.

  28. Pittsburgh Steelers: Chase Litton, QB, Marshall
Ben Roethlisberger has discussed retirement, so the Steelers need to think about using an early selection on a quarterback.

  29. Cleveland Browns: Ronnie Harrison, S, Alabama
The Browns traded for Calvin Pryor in a desperate attempt to bolster their safeties. It’s a move with upside, but it’s unlikely to pan out.

  30. New England Patriots: Tony Brown, CB, Alabama
The Patriots haven’t traded Malcolm Butler, but it doesn’t sound like he’ll be on the team much longer, so here’s a replacement.

  31. Atlanta Falcons: Jerry Tillery, DE/DT, Notre Dame
The Falcons have three defensive linemen set to hit free agency next spring, so this is an area they could attack in the 2018 NFL Draft.

  32. Oakland Raiders: Derrick Nnadi, DT, Florida State
The Raiders were expected to add multiple defensive tackles in this past draft, but only took one until very late. They’ll have to address this position soon.
