  1. Cleveland Browns: Dalvin Cook, RB, Florida State
    Running back is certainly not high on Cleveland’s needs list. The Browns need to address other positions like tackle, cornerback and safety, but all the top players at those positions are off the board. Thus, I think they select the best player available, and that would be Dalvin Cook.

    Isaiah Crowell is a skilled running back, but he pales in comparison to Dalvin Cook, who is an exceptional talent. Having Cook in the backfield would be a huge boost for Cody Kessler.

  2. Green Bay Packers: Tim Williams, DE/OLB, Alabama
    The Packers place great pressure on opposing quarterbacks with Julius Peppers and Nick Perry, but both happen to be impending free agents. Peppers turns 37 in January, while Perry could prove to be too expensive to retain.

  3. New Orleans Saints: Charles Harris, DE/OLB, Missouri
    The Saints can basically address every single position on their stop unit except for defensive tackle, and it would make complete sense. They could really use an edge rusher across from Cameron Jordan, and there are plenty of talented defensive ends available in the 2017 NFL Draft class.

  4. Detroit Lions: Sidney Jones, CB, Washington
    The Lions have a great cornerback in Darius Slay, but not much else at the position in the wake of Rashean Mathis’ retirement. Unless Johnthan Banks can finally live up to expectations, Detroit will have to find a new corner this upcoming offseason. Sidney Jones has been terrific this season, and I think he’s risen into mid-to-late first-round consideration.

  5. Pittsburgh Steelers: Carroll Phillips, DE/OLB, Illinois
    The Steelers don’t have the greatest pass rush, and it’s not like James Harrison is going to be around much longer. Bud Dupree will provide a nice boost when he returns from injury, but a starter is needed across from him.

  6. Washington Redskins: Desmond King, CB, Iowa
    Bashaud Breeland’s struggles this season have been well-documented. The Redskins will have to find some help across from Josh Norman this offseason, and Desmond King is the top prospect who makes sense for them.



  7. New York Giants: Reuben Foster, LB, Alabama
    The Giants haven’t addressed their linebacking corps in a long time, and that has proven to be a colossal mistake. They have one of the worst groups at the position in the NFL, and something must be done about this.

  8. Houston Texans: Marcus Maye, S, Florida
    The Texans have a great front seven – or at least the will when J.J. Watt returns from injury – but the secondary definitely needs work. The safety situation is a big problem, and I’d be shocked if Houston didn’t address it next offseason.

  9. Philadelphia Eagles: JuJu Smith-Schuster, WR, USC
    The Eagles may hesitate to draft another USC wide receiver until they watch the tape and realize that unlike Nelson Agholor, JuJu Smith-Schuster is actually a first-round prospect. Philadelphia is desperate for a talented wideout.

  10. Denver Broncos: Jarrad Davis, LB, Florida
    Given how much they struggled to defend Atlanta’s running backs as receiving threats out of the backfield in one of their two losses this year, the Broncos should consider an inside linebacker early in the 2017 NFL Draft to properly replace Danny Trevathan.

  11. Atlanta Falcons: Dawuane Smoot, DE, Illinois
    It was a bit odd to see the Falcons eschew their pass rush in the 2016 NFL Draft, especially when Shaq Lawson dropped to them at No. 17. I’m sure that after seeing their defenders struggle to get to the quarterback – save for Vic Beasley, who has improved lately – they’ll be desperate for someone who can apply pressure on opposing signal-callers in the 2017 NFL Draft.

  12. Kansas City Chiefs: Quenton Nelson, G, Notre Dame
    Andy Reid loves bolstering the trenches on both sides of the ball, and I don’t think he’d be opposed to selecting a guard late in the first round this April. The interior of Kansas City’s offensive line could be better, and Quinton Nelson is one of the better prospects remaining.



  13. Seattle Seahawks: Caleb Brantley, DT, Florida
    There was one team that was convinced the Seahawks would select Robert Nkemdiche in the 2016 NFL Draft. They did not, but it made a ton of sense, as Seattle could use a pass-rushing presence in the interior of its defensive line.

  14. Oakland Raiders: Gareon Conley, CB, Ohio State
    Sean Smith has improved his play since the beginning of the season, while David Amerson has been excellent all year. However, the Raiders are pretty thin at cornerback, so they could use an early pick in the 2017 NFL Draft to address the position.

  15. Dallas Cowboys: Mike Williams, WR, Clemson
    The Cowboys could do better at receiver across from Dez Bryant, and it would be nice for Dak Prescott to have a potent downfield threat for when Bryant is out of the lineup.

  16. New England Patriots: Christian McCaffrey, RB/WR, Stanford
    Doesn’t it seem like Christian McCaffrey is destined to go to New England? He’s the exact type of player the Patriots love having in their offense, and he makes sense from a needs standpoint because Dion Lewis can’t stay healthy.
